“Every time I trek down here from La Costa I kick myself for not coming more often. It's so far for me, but the prices are just so unbelievable when you have teenagers in the house and have to shop in bulk. I usually need 2 full carts of groceries a week! I can get a huge full cart including meats and incidentals for about $300! When you come bring your own bags, and be prepared to bag your own groceries - fast. Bring help maybe? Also it's cash or debit only, no credit. And Don't make any messes please with the bulk items. Keep a watch on your small children, it's like a huge crowded wherehouse here. Let's not ruin it for everyone and cause them to discontinue things like bulk honey, peanut butter and candy because we can't be responsible. I'm especially happy with the produce section- I have had great luck getting fresh, good quality produce here!”
“I just moved here. Finding this Albertsons so close to my home is a delight. The store is clean, well stocked, and has wide aisles. One of the nicest stores I've found in San Marcos. The staff have been friendly & very helpful.”

“I remember this store being an Alpha Beta in the 70's, thus being, it's old and small, lacking the modern conveniences you find today in most supermarkets. There is no deli, bakery, fresh cut fruit. I shop here often and find most of the employees nice and friendly, and some that completely lack personality. The meat department is excellent, can't say the same for the seafood.”
“Love Mama's Mini-Mart owners are so nice. This store is an amazing addition to our community. Very clean and organize. Don't have to drive so far to get what I need and I love that they have ice cream and some veggies. Definitely will come back.”
“They've always treated me nicely here compared to Seafood City. Being raised in the U.S. doesn't make any less than natives. “Always fun to find great deals. A store somewhere between Costco and grocery store. Like the attention to careful pricing to attract the Costco AND neighborhood grocery shoppers. Shelving, stocking needs lots of attention; gives claustrophobic feel but "deals" remain even if have to wade through boxes, etc. Bottom line:. Will go more often and hope problem areas addressed and corrected. ?”

“This is my go to spot since our Esconddio location closed. I did notice the aisles are a lot tighter and a little harder to get through if the store is packed. Other than that I found that this store is super clean (bathrooms included) the few times i've visted there is always several cashiers available making it quick for you to make your purchase and be out in less than 10 minutes. Produce is always being restocked and fresh too! Everything was well organized and easy to find.”
“I just went in here today randomly to buy candy for my daughter & husband, the man working at the front was so kind & doesn't know how much his kindness meant.. It's been a bad two weeks & lots of negative mean people lately hasn't helped but he just proved today how there is still good people in the world... He was so kind to my daughter it was just reassuring that there are still nice people in the world. If your reading this thank you very much & god bless you. It was nice seeing another human being smile & have joy in this world right now. Your a very amazing human & I hope nothing but wonderful things happen for you & your family. The entire staff is so friendly, the store is always well stocked, clean and organized. Cece makes the experience here a 10/10. She makes our day everytime we're in the store. She's so warm, helpful and amazing with my kids whenever we're in the store. I live between the Bressi location and the San Marcos location and come here because this store is the best!”

“The layout of the location is pretty different compared to most walmarts. I did get a bit lost trying to find what I needed. The lines went by pretty fast and the cleanliness was onpar to regular standards. One thing, they do not have a fresh produce area! I was so sad about this. Other than that, no complaints!”
