Kathy, the manager, was smoking a cigarette in the shopping area. When I asked to talk with a manager, she was the manager. I voiced concern about having to breathe her cigarette smoke, and she laughed at me. I questioned if it was legal to smoke in a retail store in California, and she said she didn't know. I pointed out as a customer I and my dog had to breathe it while shopping, and she laughed in my face again. I asked her if it was funny, And she just smiled. Not once did she apologize or show any understanding.After spending some time still picking out plants from there, on my way to the register area, she glared at me for a good 5 seconds until I said "hello," and she then looked away. Horrible service.

Really love this nursery. It is such an experience, and you can easily spend an hour just looking through everything. Parking is easy to find, staff is friendly and available. Make sure to sign up to receive their coupons by text and email.It is almost impossible to come to Green Thumb, and not find something you can use in your garden, for decorating your home or landscaping areas. Everything you need for planting, growing, updating your space. They have a great selection of pottery, fountains, figurines, and that's just the beginning....If you have a special occasion, anything to celebrate it all, you will find everything you could possibly want here - when it comes to unique gifts and whimsical decor. Gnomes, bird houses, butterflies, hanging items, wind chimes, holiday collections, kitchen, religious items, that special something that you have not found elsewhere.There are also a wide range of garden supplies, fresh orchids, exotic succulents, landscape plants, flowers, strawberries, rose bushes, fruit trees, fire pits, hats, gardening gloves, bird feeders, etc.Children will also enjoy exploring the site, finding the unique figurines, animals and other unexpected creatures throughout the nursery. Just be sure to accompany your little ones, as there are breakable items that are not for small hands, in some areas.I look forward to visiting again, especially as Springtime approaches, and the selection at this wonderful location comes to life even more. ????

Love this place for all my plants, herbs, soil, etc. I just wish they kept more organic herbs in stock. I have been there several times and they are out of most things I'm looking for such as Genovese Basil, etc.

I love, love, love this local nursery - their selection of plants, as well as pots and knick knacks. I even found a most unique hand ring for feeding hummingbirds, which my daughter-in-law loved!!! My only bit of constructive criticism would be in the way one particular woman on staff deals with questions about bugs and sprays. Twice I've worked with the same woman, only to find her a bit condescending and sarcastic. I had to go elsewhere to find someone willing to help me figure out the problem and come up with a solution.

I love the inventory at Green Thumb; they pretty much always have what I'm looking for. I did not give them five stars because some of them markups seem unreasonable to me to say the least. Like $25 for a molded plastic watering can that probably cost less than a dollar in materials and labor in China.That said, staff is always helpful and friendly.

I love this place!The selection and quality of the plants and garden essentials can’t be beat. The prices are fairly competitive too. There is a special section for native California plants. They have rare specimens plants there. The mini plants for $2.99 are super nice.Everything is well labeled with price and care, instructions. The people that work there are knowledgable, friendly and helpful. They are well staffed, and I rarely had to wait for service.Tip: Get the six packs of vegetables and flowers for around $4.99.Green thumb nursery is worth the drive. I recommend looking at traffic patterns nearby and possibly going around it. Plan to go on a weekend or time, earlier in the day, when there’s no traffic.

Green Thumb always has what I'm looking for. This time, I needed a plate to put under my Talavera-potted cactus. They had several beautiful options. I chose a gorgeous green glaze and it looks perfect on our front porch. Green Thumb is my happy place!

It’s so much fun to go to the green Thumb the varieties of different things that they have plants pottery and just different things that you put around your yard. Many many choices. I love to go there.

We have purchased items here before, even large items like a fountain, but a floor model, but this time, we needed assistance in ordering another fountain. Mary was very helpful; she answered questions, did research, and played phone tag with us. We are very happy with the entire order process! And, of course, the center is laid out beautifully and what a selection, especially of large garden pots!

Service was very good. I was help my an older gentleman he Explain how to plant ice plant and how many plants I would get in a tray he was very informative. When I left I asked the cashier if Green Thumb Offer senior discount. I was told from the young cashier that was not an option. That there was a 20% coupon for one plant..
