Gorgeous wedding venue! The outdoor space was well maintained and whimsical. The old schoolhouse was a great location for the bride and bridesmaids to get ready. My husband and I got married at Green Gables just three weeks ago, and we're still basking in the joy and magic of our special day! We can't recommend Marisa and the Green Gables team enough - they truly made our wedding dreams come true.
From the moment we started planning, Marisa was with us every step of the way, offering expert guidance, creative ideas, and unwavering support. Her attention to detail, passion for her work, and ability to anticipate and handle any issues that arose were truly impressive.
Green Gables proved to be the perfect venue for our celebration - the lush surroundings, charming decor, and warm ambiance created a welcoming atmosphere that our guests absolutely loved. And the food? Exceptional! Our guests are still raving about the delicious cuisine.
What struck us most was Marisa's ability to bring our unique vision to life, while also ensuring that every moment was relaxed, enjoyable, and stress-free. Her calm and reassuring presence kept us focused on what mattered most - celebrating our love and commitment to each other.

My husband and I married here one month ago, and it was truly the best day of our lives!
It was hard to find a wedding venue that we loved and fit our budget, but once we visited Green Gables and got in touch with the Trademark Venues team, this became a no-brainer. Our day-of coordinator Sage was tremendously helpful in the months before our wedding, helping us customize our decor selection, recommending restaurants in San Marcos for our welcome events, and managing our special day to a T!
The venue itself is gorgeous, with a beautiful lawn under the tree canopy where we decided to hold the ceremony. In addition to this splendid outdoor space, the "schoolhouse" in the middle was the perfect home base for the bridesmaids, while the "gentlemen's speakeasy" had a fun, Victorian-era feel.
Besides Sage, who was an absolute All-Star, the rest of the Trademark staff was incredibly warm and supportive during our big day. They did a tremendous job with the food, which is included in the venue package, and we are still getting compliments for how fun and well-organized our reception was!
There's a reason you go with Trademark and Green Gables. This team is highly professional, and helped make our special day the best it possibly could be. We are so grateful for the team, and for the location that will now always hold a special place in our hearts.

My newly husband and I just got married at Green Gables 3 weeks ago and WOW! It was everything we could've dreamed of. The wedding was absolutely breath taking and the staff was so professional. Shout out to Sage Rodriguez, who was our AMAZING coordinator. We loved her so much!

I just photographed a wedding at Green Gables this past weekend and it was as beautiful, if not more, than what I remembered from the last time I was there. It's such an awesome venue to say "I do" and the staff was on point. Great venue!

My son and his bride recently had their wedding ceremony and reception at Green Gables. The venue is beautiful and event was perfect! April, our event coordinator, along with the bridal assistant for the day kept everything running smoothly and took care of the bride and groom. The food was great! The bride and groom attended a tasting with a small group of other couples and chose the menu. Our guests commented that they loved the cocktail hour appetizers and the Parmesan chicken for dinner especially. The venue was also able to accommodate vegan and gluten free guests. The beautiful grounds, buildings, furniture, windows and lighting made for a memorable day and beautiful photos. We did not upgrade the table settings offered by the venue. Beautiful florals with candlelight added the perfect sparkle on the tables. Some things we added that made everything the venue offered even better: large 5 gallon beverage dispensers for signature drinks at the bar (look on Amazon); a 5' long LED light with the bride and groom's names (Etsy) which April kindly hung on the green wall behind the sweetheart table; the florist (Breesa with Blooms) made a beautiful moveable arch with flowers that was used for the ceremony and then moved to flanked by the light behind the sweetheart table and it was gorgeous in both settings; charcuterie boards (made by Ilona at Bits & Bites) for the Gentlemen's Speakeasy and the Bridal Salon for "lunch" as the bridal party was getting ready prior to the ceremony; and last but not least, a coffee cart (Good Coffee Co. -- can't say enough good things about them!) for a variety of delicious coffee and espresso, caffeine and decaf drinks for following dinner through the end of the reception. I'd also like to highly recommend Dylan with Dancing DJ Productions (from the list of DJs provided by Trademark Venues). He was great and danced throughout the evening! And if you're thinking you want to elevate your own dancing for the bride and groom's first dance and their dances with their parents, I highly recommend you touch base with Dancing DJ Productions -- Kelsey is amazing!Wouldn't change a thing!

The food service was the worst experience ever. The staff would pull plates from people who didn't even finish their food. I had guests tell me they would get up to take a quick photo and a staff member would swoop in to grab a full plate of food away and onto the trash. The other thing was that we had 200 pieces of sheet cake brought in and asked that they keep it for us since we brought it in. My brother walked into the kitchen to see that they completely dumped one untouched sheet cake into the trash and about to throw a second before they yelled at them to stop. I as the bride was very sick and asked my plate get saved to get a bite to eat when I got home and Gina said she's set it aside for me. I got home just to realize that they only gave me two appetizers and a salad, I never even got to eat my own food. I still have a bitter taste in my mouth from the service it was awful especially them throwing away what was technically our property.

What an amazing place!! The atmosphere is amazing secluded private very well organized. The staff was amazing The food was excellent! Just left the wedding tonight and I had to put this review out there because I did not want to forget to do it! I've eaten a lot of catered food at different events weddings conventions etc.. by far the prime rib and chicken was the absolute best I've ever had. If you're looking for a place for a good family friendly venue then this is it You don't even have to go anywhere else!
