doesn't sell gfuel. the only reason to go to gnc is for gfuel sales. everything else is super overpriced.

This place is way over priced. They charged $118 for the Fruity Pebbles ISO 100 just to get only 50 SERVINGS!

It was my first experience at GNC and I when walked in, the lady was polite, asked me what kind of pre-workout I was using before, instantly knew which one I was referring to, and was able to recommend one to me since I felt I needed some extra boost. She was able to identify what kind of workouts I was doing, what my goals were, and which pre-workout was best for me (and explained why) and I was in and out in 5 minutes. Super quick and easy - definitely didn’t expect the staff to be as knowledgeable as they were.

I come to this GNC because of Amanda. They also always have my Alani Nu products on stock. That's a plus. But Amanda is a star! She is so sweet and kind. She got me set up with mygnc rewards to ensure I start getting my points. Setting it up was a quick and easy process. It's a pleasure to be greeted by her in this shop. Stop by this shop or give them a call for your supplements needs.

After going to the location in San Marcos, I can tell you that I will only be going to this location. Matthew made my experience so welcoming, so caring and honestly very informative on all the products. I was looking for a more natural/vegan-based pre-work out and he knew exactly what to provide to me after having a very pushy experience at another location. He told me exactly what was in this product and knew this is the best natural product that he would be comfortable selling to his customers. If it wasn't for him, I wouldn't know what to buy and I am so happy I encountered him and knowingly that this is a family owned GNC. Thank you so much Matthew for your hard work and your dedication to your products and very much caring for your customers. Everyone should go to this GNC location!!

I came in on Saturday and I got helped by a man named Travis he was really knowledgeable about his job and the most important part the supplements. He made me understand what bccas, pre-workouts and, proteins that are really good for my body goals. I'm very glad that I had came to this location and will be coming back for more When you go there I would recommend to ask for Travis to help you with your supplements at GNC

This was one of the worst, most uncomfortable experiences I have ever had while shopping. I never write reviews for anything, but I just had to for this one. I walked into the store with the sole intention of buying a protein shaker bottle for my boyfriend and was greeted by Travis. He immediately asked me a ton of questions and became very pushy about getting me to buy various products in the store. I told him that I wasn't interested in buying anything else, but he continued to try to pressure me into buying more. I had to tell him "no, thanks" about 6 or 7 times. It was clear that he was trying to take advantage of the fact that I didn't have much knowledge about the products in the store. When I finally got 5 seconds to shop and look around by myself, I look to the side to notice that he has just been standing there staring at me the whole time. So weird! Travis made me so uncomfortable and when I finally became more assertive about only wanting to buy the bottle, he became very short with me as he checked me out. Not to mention, the second clerk wasn't wearing a mask at ALL...in the middle of a pandemic. Long story short, I will never go back there and honestly I suggest that you shop elsewhere, especially if you're a woman, as I think the situation would've been much different if I were a guy or had been with my boyfriend.

They put up multiple signs about their promotions but nothing to include about GNC’s current no return policy. Not one sign about sales being final, during the transaction the sales associate didn’t say anything about it, but he didn’t mind recommending me to purchase a bulkier version of the products I instead went out the door with. When I came back around to return one of them that same associate tried referring me to an out of date return policy at the counter. This whole time this store hasn’t updated this policy so with that I’m no longer supporting this location and their proprietary products, will definitely look for health products elsewhere especially locations with up to date policies.

Matt helped me out the other day with protein, pre workout, and new BCAA's. He was a wealth of knowledge and was able to give me advice on different workouts as well. I live 25 minutes away but it is well worth the drive to go to this location and speak with him about products and comparing different ones for different results I want to see. Great job GNC for having him on the team.

Every time I've come to this place I get here just before they open and I'm expecting that the sign says 10am and they will be open. I've never been here and saw the door unlocked until 10:30. If that's the case put it on the hours. Otherwise show up when you're supposed to show up for work and don't make us wait.
