I got a nail in my tire before work. It was early in the morning and the only place open was Chinos tire shop! I want to give a huge thank you to guys working here. They helped me get back on the road for only $25!

The recent negative review made me sceptical, and after my visit it turns out I had essentially the same experience.First off, they were cordial and decently quick in terms of service, but the upsides end there.My main complaint is the price. $130 to mount 4 tires with no balance is absolutely ridiculous, I could go to Discount Tire and get a mount a balance for less. Over the phone I was told "about $10 per tire."Secondly there was a clear disregard for safety and following proper specs. One of my tires was inflated to 44 psi while cold, meaning it would have been very close to the 51 psi limit of the tires, especially when hot. They also left the car on a jack with no stands while mounting the tires.Lastly, no torque specs were followed on the lug nuts. They were quite far past the 100ft-lb spec, requiring over 130ft-lb on my torque wrench to break them loose.I wouldn't recommend coming here for tire mounting at all. At the very least double or triple check the price before they start working.

Don’t you ever think about going there. Very unprofessional and the kid doesn’t even know how to mount tires. He didn’t balance claiming that it doesn’t matter which I knew it was a lie and charged me freaking $25 for just mounting the tire without balance and on top if that he gave me the old tire or I have to pay extra $5 for him to dispose of itThat’s how the never get a 2nd time customer

They open at 6:30! Such a plus!! Brought my car in this morning. Brakes were screeching. Needed pads and rotors. Wonderful, honest service. Called me with updates thru the day! I will definitely come back again. Thanks guys!!

So incredible upset. I called last night to confirm they had the tire size I needed.The owners son said he had a set. I said I needed 2 and he quoted me 160$ a piece put the door.I have a 33in tires I filled the flat tire with tire seal and prayed I could make the drive 1.5 miles away.The tire deflated rapidly as I’m crossing major intersections to get to El Chinos.I have arrived and the man working here said they don’t have the size in stock. With extreme disappointment and sadness with stress from the terrifying drive over I want just scream.Now I have had to sit in the shop to call around to other places to see if they have my size. My entire morning has been wasted because of the person misleading me. I have a tow truck now on the way I have to pay for.I can’t stand time people who don’t value other peoples time.

Paid 700$ cash to the father, he said they're "good" tires. Did some research after they changed the tires realized the tires only costed them 99-105$ per tire. When I confronted the son about why they charged me almost 100$ extra per tire his response was "we don't have access to online" I also went back to ask for a receipt he just gave me a hand written paper says 700$ for tires, not an actual in ice like when you go to any normal tire shop. They put the cheapest tire available for almost Double the actual price, CRAZY. I DO NOT recommend this place.
