This was my second time going in. The staff is very nice and the service was fast considering that people kept coming in nonstop since the moment they opened. David was very informative and nice. I didn't feel like he was trying to sell me something I didn't need. I feel like the price I paid was fair for 4 tires, and they offer 6 months no interest if approved which was great.

I had a tire replaced under warranty. The fastest service I have ever received from a tire store. I was back on the road in 20 minutes!

Came in to get my tire pressure checked. The gentleman found that there was a screw lodged in my tire.
An hour later my tire was fixed for free and I could again drive safely

Joe was excellent at explaining the tires life, and he also did an amazing job in helping me. I had a card that I could only make payment online, after trying different options I purchased my tires online on their page, I was able to purchase my set of tires and Joe change the appointment and was able to take my car in that moment.

I wouldn't think a tire place can be a pleasant place to visit. I have been going to this same location for at least 5 years. I've had 4 cars that they have serviced and every time, I have had a good experience, from a phone conversation to the moment I walk in. This last time they broke two of my wheel covers. I have been putting off getting wheels that I like, but since it was their mistake, they offered to pay for new ones or give me a discount on new wheels. The process was easy, effortless, and I loved that I was able to see how my car would look with most of the wheels they have online. After I ordered them and got them replaced, I made the mistake to pay with the wrong card, which I didn't realized til a few days later. I called them and they were very nice and understanding and were able to help me fix the issue. Overall, they have always offered great service, they are quick and pleasant to deal with. Thank you to Ramón, his manager, and the techs who dealt with my vehicle, this last visit was effortless. I would definitely recommend this location. Don't forget, if you want faster service, make an appointment.

This location has turned me away for what feels like money making scheme - wouldn’t rotate the tires because it’s below the amount needed “for safety” encouraging a new tire purchase. I looked at it personally and it was not less than the 2/32” safety line. Took to different location and they told me what I already knew was above the safety line. This is the second time they’ve done this.

I’m an older woman I go there every month to get my tires checked for free. I went Monday tire light came on today. I ended up with the flat tire. I had to screw in it and they changed it for me for free. It is the best tire place I’ve ever went to in my life, and the people are so nice.
