I had a budget and a really short timeline around the holidays last year to have carpet installed. I went to one carpet place, and they didn't have any options I loved and weren't able to commit to the timeline.
I found Direct Carpet and walked into their store and explained my situation to Rebecca. She and her husband quickly came up with a cost estimate for the space and spent time in the store showing me samples, researching whether the carpet would arrive on time and, ultimately, helped me find a carpet I loved at a great price and the installation was scheduled for a week later.
I was so impressed with every part of this process and would happily recommend them to anyone.

While I liked the flooring options and the one on one customer service, the pricing made me choke on my own saliva. Not in my budget at all. Nice flooring though and the in home measurements was nice. They only measure if you’ll contract them to install your flooring. That explains the price quote. Not for my wallet, but if you can afford it, they do offer a variety of materials and options to choose from.

Highly recommend! Angie was very helpful and responsive. It took my months for my husband and I to make up our minds. Angie was extremely helpful, patient and informative throughout the process. Once we decided, she was able to get the flooring ordered and installed within a few weeks. The installers, Graydon and Seth, were professional, efficient and precise. They got the job done quickly and it looks fantastic. Affordable flooring, great customer service and quality work.

I highly recommend DCU. Angie was so helpful and responsive. It took my husband and I months to make up our minds. Angie was extremely helpful, patient and informative throughout the process. We had Direct Carpet Unlimited install carpet in three bedrooms, the stairs and laminate flooring in the entire second level. We had the work done in three phases so that we could refresh each room with paint before changing the flooring. We are so happy with the entire process from Angie's showroom and ordering help, Rebecca's communication on product arrival and installation dates to the great installation teams. All very professional and experts at their responsibility. Great product, great company and great experience!

We had Direct Carpet install carpet about a year ago. At the time we were so happy with the whole process from purchase to installation. We just had our carpets cleaned for the first time. We bought Pet Perfect carpet as our dog has pee accidents sometimes. The carpet cleaners said the smell may come up after cleaning. Well he told me after that our carpet had no smells come up. The carpet looks just as it did after installation. Looove this company

I have used this company several times and was always very happy with the team and how the projects turned out. Not sure what changed but I will never use or recommend them again. Very unprofessional people working for this company and clearly don't know what they are doing. Gave me several options and then someone else in the company said they cannot do what they said. Disappointing considering they were the only company I used for many years. When the contractor came out, he was rude and constantly made negative comments. Not sure if he was just having a bad day but he became so disrespectful, we asked him to leave. If this is the type of people you hire to do your work, I am not interested in doing business with your company.

Tommy the owner, Steve and Angie in sales and Rebeca in scheduling were all wonderful to work with.This family run business focuses on premium service and quality installation with attention to detail and excellent communication. Their inventory selection and color choices in both the hard surface flooring and carpet surpassed other businesses we checked. We had hard surface flooring and carpet installed by Israel and his team. They were very skilled, hard working and did an outstanding job. Upon completion they thoroughly cleaned up all areas. We were extremely happy with everything and would highly recommend them.

I do not usually post reviews, but after the great service we got I cannot say enough good things about Direct Carpet Unlimited. Our salesperson Angie helped us pick out the perfect carpet and answered all of our questions. Rebecca coordinated the installation and the crew that did the installation were true craftsmen. It is rare today that you receive service like this anymore!! In addition to great service, their pricing was competitive!! If you are looking for new flooring, I would highly recommend that you visit Direct Carpet Unlimited, you will not be disappointed.

This place is a mom and pop shop. Owners pick up the phone and talk with you. Although I regret not using them, I did get advice from them. I used "freedom flooring" only because a neighbor highly suggested them. Direct carpet was me and my wife's number one choice and now our biggest mistake not using them. We are having incredibly bad issues with freedom flooring and direct carpet just gave us advice. They didn't need to, but they did and that is more helpful than anything at this point of our nightmare installs. Just by their customer service, I highly highly suggest going to them. Don't think twice, direct carpet has competitive pricing and customer service is the best. (I compared with 4 others) This message is coming from someone who's gotten quotes and visited showrooms and dealt with crap install. GO WITH DIRECT CARPET!

Steve and his team at DC Unlimited were lifesavers. I was helping my boyfriend find a contractor to replace the flooring in his 1500 square foot house. We were originally going to hire a GC (Mastercraft Home Improvement) and have them do a bunch of projects. However, after a terrible experience with our GC, we decided we wanted to diversify our business and go with someone who only who does flooring for this job. I'm so glad we did! DC Unlimited were professional from start to end, willing to work with us on the bid, gave us a detailed bid, and did the job quickly and well. The floors (luxury vinyl) really up-leveled my boyfriends home. I will definitely use these guys in the future! They made the entire experience seamless and stress free. Thank you Steve!!! :D
