I was patient there. In January of 2015 my son bought me taser. Because where we moved it was drug invested neighborhood, owner never disclosed this to us. I left my house att 4 am to have my dailysis treatments at Davita San Marcos, Ca 9 staff member at Davita we’re aware I had a taser. Bridgida LPN and Jessica the dialysis tech ask to see it ask where I bought it. Because they arrive at 4 am to Davita San Marcos, Ca and parking very isolated I said sport authority. Roger LPN who started my dialysis treatment, challenge me that I camp in my 2 hour of dialysis, was take off dialysis early, I do not recall the supervisor name from PD at the time It was Jill or Joyce had me doing Hemodialysis 3 times a week and PD 2 times week. I became weak, vomited , did not eat, could not sleep. I informed my doctor, she said your not to have dialysis 5 time a week. Davita dialysis ignore my doctors orders. (Dr Harpers). I was changing PD from hemodialysis. I went to Davita Rancho Bernardo dialysis. The supervisor notice I look sick and weak. She ask what wrong, I respond I having dialysis done 5 time a week both hemodialysis and PD, at Davita San Marcos, Ca, RN from Rancho Bernardo say your not suppose have both treatments done.? Than the manager Matt in April 2015 calls the sheriff on me say I threatened Davita ‘s staff with my taser. Not true. Why did Matt wait 4 months to call sheriff? Matt kick me out of Davita San Marcos,Ca Yolanda the secretary, Joe RN, Roger LPN, Jessica DT, ,Brigida LPN, Yolanda PD RN, Jill or Joyce supervising RN, Matt supervisor plus the rest of the dialysis tech , the social worker and diet saw my taser and I told them I had one. There was a lot of cross contamination at Davita. They be accessing patient for dialysis, medical supplies would follow on the floor, with same gloves they pick the medical supplies and used the same glove to go get sterile medical supplies, comtaminating the sterile drawer, they would remove the tubing for dialysis package, tubing fall over flood and the nurses or tech pick up and placing it on machine contaminating the machine, LPN are permitted to place patient with Vas catch on dialysis treatments, California board of nursing state that only a RN can do this procedure. I have vas cath. Roger LPN and Bridgida LPN always started my treatment. Was Matt afraid I could report him to the nursing board or file a law site against Davita dialysis Sam Marcos, Ca? Oh Jill or Joyce RN for PD would yell me and treat me like a child with no say so.
