It’s CVS. Service is nonexistent but I don’t go there for the service. I go for products I need in a pinch, which they’re good for. That’s about it.

The pharmacy employees here are kind and work hard, but they are over-worked. They often scramble to order my meds each month, and then they fill them really close to when I run out, so it's stressful. The CVS website and app are terrible - it tells me meds are ready when they haven't been ordered yet. The app often gives errors, too - I've reported this to multiple people via CVS's customer service line, but nothing seems to be done. I do not recommend getting important and regular meds through any CVS because the system is flawed and the workers are over-worked and make mistakes.

do not trust cvs with your photos!! i gave them 2 of my reusable film cameras to develop with pictures that are very important to me on the film. i was told i should receive them in 2 weeks, and after over 3, i called them and asked for the status of my pictures. they said they couldn't find them in store and they probably got lost in the mail. i understand cvs has nothing to do with the postal service, but when i asked for additional help or information, the employee on the phone with me was so rude and unhelpful. eventually, after asking several times, they agreed to call the place that they shipped my cameras to and give me a call back... but i never received one. i'm very disappointed.. because not only did i lose precious photos, but 2 reusable cameras that i planned on using again. i expected at least some care or concern for my items. :(

I've been twice in the last week and each time either the entire store or the pharmacy was unexpectedly closed with handwritten signs taped on the door that the systems were down and they're closed. They keep texting me to pick up my prescription which I'd love to do if they'd get their act together. Can't believe one of the largest pharmacies in the world has no contingency plan.

Incompetent rude and uninformed pharmacy staff would be the words to accurately describe my experience just now, three employees behind the desk, me and one other customer standing there not being taken care of and then the rude lady finally realizes that the customers are getting impatient watching three employees not helping the customers and I got a snippy response asking simple vaccine questions, you would think that CVS would inform their staff on covid vaccination options and maybe emphasize to the pharmacy staff that instead of being a smart a** to people concerned about vaccinations during this stressful time maybe they should practice a little empathy and kindness instead of being so snotty and rude. The rude b**** I was dealing with is the main reason for this review by the two other guys not coming to the customers service were worse I guess, at least the lady responded to the customers in a rude way more than I can say for the two pharmacy employees who me and the other patiently waiting customer all together

Oh CVS, how I yearn to be as consistently average and underwhelming as you are and still somehow be accepted by society. The latest journey to this wonderful establishment featured customer service guru, Rodney, playing a central role. Rodney refused to accept my coupon, stating that coupons cannot be used to purchase alcohol. "But Rodney," I lamented, "it does not state that on the coupon." Rodney smirks and confirms the policy that coupons cannot be used for alcohol. "But Rodney," I continued, "the coupon says it's applicable for beverages, which is what I have here." Rodney removes his mask and, squinting, scrutinizes the coupon. Apparently his teal N95 was hindering his literacy. Reapplying his mask, Rodney says that coupons used to say non-applicable to alcohol. Rodney suggests that I must've torn the coupon short of that disclaimer. "But Rodney," I exclaimed, "I cut along the dotted line, as you can quite clearly see. Describe to me where this alleged disclaimer is located." Not too pleased with having thrice been incorrect, a dejected Rodney tells me that there's a 1-800 number I can call with my complaints.

They need more staff in the pharmacy. The pharmacy staff are very professional, but simply very swamped. It's better to have your prescription sent in one day and then plan to pick it up the next. Every time I come to pick up a prescription that has been ordered by my doctor to be picked up on the way home, it's not even started by the time I arrive. I've never had a pharmacy be so backlogged all the time. They are very nice and rush it for me after I wait in line to pick it up, to get up to the front to find that it hasn't even been started, so they go and find it, and then put it in the queue to fill. They just need more staff to be able to keep up with the amount of work they have. Usually busy pharmacies have more than one pharmacist and one cashier working, and this pharmacy seems always very busy. This is the fourth time in a row, so it seems like the norm.

Jose the manager is the meanest guy on the planet seriously fire that guy. I've never felt so degraded by a manager before . Worst customer service ever . How can a manager make someone feel like this for returning a item I'm allowed to return . I'm hurt , ridiculous .

Shout out to the male pharmacist that was on duty today, Sunday, January 13th. I'm sorry I didn't get his name, but he was very helpful. I appreciated his advice (that we needed) and his kindness. He even helped us get an online coupon to reduce the price of our prescription. Kudos to him! I hope you gets the recognition at work for going above and beyond.
