Front counter person today, between 2pm-3pm, has poor customer service, does not bother to say Hi/Hello, does not bother to say Thank you for your business. This is the 2nd time I had an encounter with him. The 1st time he was on his phone and I have to wait until he's done. I don't know if he's new or what?!

After waiting in the drive up line for over 20 minutes, they slammed the door shut at 134, 4 minutes into lunch time!! No regard for my time... Failed customer service 101! Rude inconsiderate employees!! I will never go there again, and am transferring all our prescriptions! You get an F!

As much I love this CVS at this location always purchase my item in need. One major problem I have is last Saturday evening I was at the store and there is a white old lady were really unprofessional on her act toward customer. I over heard all conversations from her mouth too customer stating kids go in the store and steal medicine and customer were uncomfortable with her story and purchase item and left without saying anything. I was there with my daughter and she just stared at me and my daughter while I'm checking out. I look at her and told her is there problem giving me a nasty look. Think this individual need too go no need for her too work there. And today October 9th I walk straight too the ATM and notice she there working, I guess she doesn't recognize me from last Saturday, but again today planning too purchase lottery but machine has sign said out of services and when too the counter try too purchase lottery ticket and she said the machine only do pay out gotta be joke. Never heard of that she just lazy don't want help out and suggested I goto 711 too my best bet. Enough is enough this lady need too go. I'll be contacting corporate about her acting toward other.

My wife is transitioning to Medicare from my employer health plan. Unfortunately one of her meds fell between the cracks. Her co-pay was $257 (essentially no insurance). David, the pharmacy tech, worked some magic and whittled the co-pay to a very reasonable $14! Now there's a guy who can work the system for the customer's benefit!

The staff at this CVS are always helpful, from the pharmacy to the floor staff to cashiers. I see that a few people are giving bad reviews usually based on one negative experience, which seem to be based on a misunderstanding or miscommunication. People: sometimes things don't always go your way, sometimes supply chain issues affect what a business has available, etc.

Cut the pharmacy hours,Drive up window closed 90% of the time this place get less convenient every day. Good example of a woke Company going down hill fast.

This pharmacy understands excellent customer service. The lady at the counter that was getting my prescription for me was swift and nice. I appreciate her doing all she could for me since my medication was sent to another pharmacy. If is organized and clean, I don't see how there could be any complaints honestly. Thanks CVS for looking out!

I was waiting in the drive threw line for 30 mins which was completely fine because my daughter who is sick was asleep and the purpose for me waiting in that drive thru line to begin with. As I came up to my turn the nice young lady helping me was saying my prescription was almost done so I said ok I'll wait but Im not coming down because my daughter had a bad cough and we're waiting for her results to see what we have. So she went to grab Min The pharmacist. To which he tells me they are closing the drive thru and I can sit and my car ALLL I WANT but they're closing and i have to come inside and hangs up the phone and literally shuts the pharmacy window in my face. I am a medical worker, in nursing school and have been in the healthcare field for quite a while and that was INCREDIBLY RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL and not how you treat people EVER! Min if you having a bad day I understand but that was entirely uncalled for and if you don't like your job or are overwhelmed GET ANOTHER before you go treating people like that again! You're mother should be ashamed raising someone as rude as you!

The 2 employees talking and playing on their phones at checkout insisted I use self checkout. I came to the counter for a reason but they kept telling me "You know you can self checkout". So sorry to interrupt your conversation and Facebook while you were working. I'll drive a little farther to the other woodland cvs from now on.
