Awesome, big, clean CVS. They have tons of parking outside, then everything inside. This CVS has things that so many others don't. Definitely recommend. There is a nice female employee who works here, too.

Margaret (Maggie) was the sweetest lady who helped me today. She made my week! Her amazing customer service and patience whilst I tried to figure out my care pass was outstanding! If I was a local I'd come in to see her every day! She's a rare gem! Take care of her CVS

Best customer service everFriendly, smart and helpful Sonia overheard me on the phone getting scammed at the gift card section and told me to hang up my phone.She explained the scam and saved me.This was 191 woodland parkway store.

I guess if you don't mind cashiers cursing while they are at the register and talking you might be okay coming here. During my last two visits to this store, I've heard two of the young male cashiers curse while working at the register. One of those incidents just happened tonight while the young male cashier was talking to the other customers who also appear to be his age. Maybe it's a way to be cool...I don't know. I feel like the manager might be okay with this kind of service as this has already happened twice during my visits to this CVS store. I'm not so much against using profanity, but when you are on the clock at work, you should keep it professional! And especially if you're in front of customers! I still like shopping at a CVS occasionally, but I think I'll skip this particular location for now!

Wow CVS pharmacy staff Pamela that I talked to today was so demanding and rude. I can't believe you guys allow her attitude and talk to patients that way. She is awful, you guys need some proper manners and compassion. Do some retraining, your rating is awful too.

They literally force you to use the self check out and their machines suck! The employees have to press a button every 5 seconds to keep it from messing up. Wouldn't it just be easier to use the normal register? Idk what the deal is. Obviously part of the new world order where they want to get rid of all employee and have machienes take over. Employees- don't let the machines take ur jobs!

Scheduled my vaccine and when I showed up I got told due to a glitch in THIER system my appointment was given to someone else and there’s nothing they can do. It was a nightmare to get the first one and they just said I’m gonna have to try again.

Updated The guy from Covid check in treated us much better after I asked I will make an review. This is why I changed for 4 starts. Terrible customer service for Covid vaccine I came a little early for my appointment and they guys who should check in was not at his table, Understandable But, I walk in to the covid line and he helped the person behind me to do the check in because he was not at his table. Than after waiting 15' at Covid line, the nurse told me to go back to the front desk to do my check in Than I found the man who was asking the person behind me to do her check in When I told him that he said I'm sorry I thought you was shopping What? At Covid line I was shopping This is very disrespectful and racist Only Denise is very friendly and helpful worried about if me and my daughter 3 years old was fine

It's been 3 weeks today and still no results for the covid-19 test. !What it appears to be is an information grab....sign up for our email, download our app, can we call you with the results. What a zoo ! Don't worry, I don't need the results anymore, everyone is infected !
