You would literally think I was trying to get ahold of Santa Claus himself when trying to get ahold of the food court to order pizza ? Not cool when you are home with 3 teenagers, a 6 month old baby and your husband is military out of town and you just need a little easy in your life. So irritating
Doesn’t help when you find hair in your hot dog when you first bite into it either. DO BETTER SAN MARCOS COSTCO

Service of ice cream not great bought 3 cups of ice cream all were half a cup full not even full cup of ice cream very disappointed with the service of ice cream.

Hard to beat the price but expect a very very long wait. They don’t answer their phone either for call ahead orders.

This location constantly does not answer the phone for food court pizza orders. They also tend to have staff running the whole pizza window that can’t find orders/that are lost with pizzas backed up in the ovens not getting pulled and boxed. Furthermore I have seen employees on break begging staff for their items. Avoid whole pizza orders at all costs. I have multiple times been told 15 minute weight then weighted an hour.Bring combo back

I've lost all trust in Costco appliance purchases, 1.5 year old, $3k GE refrigerator broke on 12/8, I've been dealing with 20 days without a working fridge/freezer, terrible Costco warranty service with little communication & no end date of when I can expect it to be repaired....The unit stopped cooling 20 days ago. It's been unplugged since. I have a 1 year old and 3 year old at home, it's been so challenging without a place to store leftover food & we can't afford takeout. I called Costco warranty dept since the fridge is only a year old, I was optimistic for Costco's superb warranty service only to receive the complete opposite. This has been 20 days of little communication, a repair team was assigned within a few days (2.3 star repair team, I should have known how this was going to go), they determine the compressor is broken, they need to order the parts, they will call me once the parts are in to schedule the repair appt. Back and forth with Costco and the repair team, there is no eta of when the parts will be delivered. Silence.... Costco service reps continue to "escalate" with GE and I will "hear back" within 24-48 hrs, Costco's team never receives a response from their escalations, I only receive email updates that they have not received a response/acknowledgement from GE. The Costco service team continues to tell me this is GEs problem and they can't help me. It's still being "escalated" to GEs mgmt team, I should hear back within 24-48 hrs. I'm really disappointed with Costco, my fridge still doesn't work.

Costco was fine, as usual I somehow filled a basket with meats and prepared foods. But this morning, it was a madhouse. "No one goes there on Saturday morning before Christmas, it's too crowded!"There was a bit of a foul up on checkout, the guy pushed a button on the register that he shouldn't have and it locked him out so we got to run around with a floor manager trying to resolve it. Then the hike to and from the car in the packed parking lot. I got my "steps" in, at least!

I came in as a walk-in to fix my tires and get them replaced. Alexis, Brooke, and Dennis were very helpful and stayed late because my sensor was broken. They made sure it was replaced at a reasonable cost and checked with me before proceeding repair fantastic customer service. Thank you so much.

The help I received today was terrible. 5 minutes within my shopping experience my phone was stolen out of my shopping cart. I did not get to see their face and was only trying to get a face description or a car license plate number. Everyone was sending me multiple places, but no one wanted to show me the cameras of the event taking place without a lawyer. They all stood by like I was some kid who lost his mom until I pleaded to borrow someone's phone to track it. By the time I raced around the store with, the culprit made their way with my phone. I asked to borrow a landline to file a police report and was told to get off because I was on hold and they needed to use it. While this is personal property, the service concerns me because what if this was a wallet with so much more information at risk, or even an actual lost child. What then? Very disappointed.
