If I can give this place no stars I would. The manager at this facility is Eric. He is extremely rude and disrespectful and was not willing to help me purchasing for a government military establishment. It was clear to me he did not want our business and I will not be giving it to this location. No one there is on the same page and I feel like they need to establish rules across the board. The only person who was only willing to help was Geoff. Whoever hired Eric as a manager needs to reevaluate their decision. Also I felt extremely bombarded while I was trying to get answers and a bunch of men coming out not knowing any answers which I found to be unprofessional.

I’ve lost all trust in Costco appliance purchases, 1.5 year old, $3k GE refrigerator broke on 12/8, I’ve been dealing with 20 days without a working fridge/freezer, terrible Costco warranty service with little communication & no end date of when I can expect it to be repaired….The unit stopped cooling 20 days ago. It’s been unplugged since. I have a 1 year old and 3 year old at home, it’s been so challenging without a place to store leftover food & we can’t afford takeout. I called Costco warranty dept since the fridge is only a year old, I was optimistic for Costco’s superb warranty service only to receive the complete opposite. This has been 20 days of little communication, a repair team was assigned within a few days (2.3 star repair team, I should have known how this was going to go), they determine the compressor is broken, they need to order the parts, they will call me once the parts are in to schedule the repair appt. Back and forth with Costco and the repair team, there is no eta of when the parts will be delivered. Silence…. Costco service reps continue to “escalate” with GE and I will “hear back” within 24-48 hrs, Costco’s team never receives a response from their escalations, I only receive email updates that they have not received a response/acknowledgement from GE. The Costco service team continues to tell me this is GEs problem and they can’t help me. It’s still being “escalated” to GEs mgmt team, I should hear back within 24-48 hrs. I’m really disappointed with Costco, my fridge still doesn’t work.

Great business costco. Tons of parking and everything you could need for your business. The produce and dairy section is COLD. Maybe bring a jacket.

This Costco is the best kept secret in the area.While it is a business center, it still has all the household items I go to Costco for. This includes everything from toilet paper to frozen waffles to Goldfish crackers.My favorite thing about this Costco is how much easier it is to access than the other one in town. Also, it’s rarely crowded.If you are looking to make a quick run and don’t need electronics, clothes, or toys, then give this Costco a shot.

If you've never been to the business center here you are truly missing out. There are way better deals on bulk food and drink items you won't find at your standard clubs. This place will keep you from waiting forever for parking and checkout as well. Great for families.

It's not super busy like the regular Costco. The selection is different. Great if you need large quantities of meat. Snacks as far as you can see.

I live the store, but it must be a horrible company to work for. The employees are rude, condescending and oftentimes aggressive. There are one or yeah employees who make you feel welcome, the rest make you feel unwelcome.

Costco Business Center is very different from the regular Costco stores. There's no gas station, no food court, and it appears much less busy than the regular locations. Parking is easy to find and the spaces are huge! Make sure you bring a big car, everything here is sold in MEGA BULK. I'm talking food service sized. Probably for business owners or caterers. Because there is no way a regular family needs a WHOLE LAMB or a deli slicing machine or a 10 gal bucket of yogurt. Unless ???...Anyway, prices are great. A hallmark of Costco. There's a couple spots at the front of the store that is used as a loading zone. Overall, I don't foresee regular people going to a Costco Business Center for a standard Costco run, but it would be a great stop for anyone who's planning a big party or needs large amounts of goods.

COSTCO BUSINESS CENTER is not the sort of place where somebody with a grill or smoker should be left unsupervised. whole, dressed NEW ZEALAND LAMBS hanging on hooks and boxed ROASTING PIGS are attention grabbing show stoppers, but the giant walk-in cold room's a religious experience. I spent an hour wandering wide-eyed and shivering (next time I'm bringing a hoodie) thru shelves stacked with sliced BONE-IN BEEF SHORT RIBS (L.A. Kalbi), BEEF SIRLOIN COULOTTES (Picanha-style with a fat cap), Mishima Reserve AMERICAN WAGYU BEEF BRISKET, two-packs of Frenched BEEF RIBEYE STEAKS (Tomahawks), and BONE-IN BEEF SHORT RIBS (plate ribs) for dinos.there are packers of USDA Prime BEEF BRISKET, BEEF TRI-TIP, RIBEYES, and NEW YORK STEAKS. we took a whole New York Strip loin camping and cut steaks to order. there are also regular Costco offerings like PORK BELLY slabs, PORK SHOULDER, PORK RIBS (spare and St. Louis-style), and Frenched LAMB RACKS. feel like throwing a charcuterie get together for a hundred close, personal friends? they have whole prosciutto legs and a 75 lb PARMIGIANO REGGIANO CHEESE WHEEL ($849.99). did I mention I spotted and entire a palate of RED BOAT Fish Sauce?looking forward to pilgrimages whenever I get a hankering to fire up the grill or smoker.

Wasn't sure how busy the store would be....or how the traffic would be getting to the store. It all worked out....people that work at this location are nice and helpful....they had what I went there for...so I was in and out in good time.

Absolutely love going to this Costco portions are gray always have new different varieties of different items such as ice cream bread vegetables and candy can never go wrong with going to Costco

The biggest Costco I've ever seen. No problems parking no problems getting in and out... but it's more commercial ..you can buy a full size lamb if you want. They don't sell alcohol

I really like the new Buisness Center! I go to the San Marcos location as well but cannot beat some of the extra bulk prices of the buisness center. I always enjoy some of their extra special deals that make some buys an absolute steal in comparison to other grocery stores or products.
