In this day who does anything for free, let alone in the world of jewelry…nobody. Well, that wasn’t my experience with CJL. I came in unannounced and was greeted immediately with a big smile and a willingness to help. While all I needed at the moment was to size a watch, I fully expected to pay for their time and knowledge. However when they were done, I was told “no charge”. Although I insisted to pay, they kindly declined and charged me nothing. This is the kind of locally-owned business I want to do business with.

After reading the numerous reviews of CJL Jewelers in San Marcos, I decided to take my wedding ring for evaluation. The moment I walked in I knew I had come to the right place . When I first arrived what I wanted to have done was not in their wheelhouse so they referred me to someone else, but I ended up coming back to their store so we could retrofit my ring rather than going custom. I was so pleased with all of the helpful suggestions that Alex& Bethany gave me. You will not be disappointed if you, too, decide to take your business to their store. I highly recommend them without any reservation

Wow! What an amazing experience! They were so kind and welcoming the moment I walked in the door. I went to repair my misshapened ring; it was fixed and cleaned on the spot! I'll definitely be going back after the holidays to get my bracelet adjusted!
