“I can't say enough wonderful things about Bob, the owner, and his installer Mike. We purchased tiles in 2006 and flooring and carpet in 2019 for our new house.. Flooring was beautiful and about $3k less than where I found it at a competitor. When he measured my home, he showed me where we could keep existing tile in laundry room and save money. I appreciate the transparency and recommendation.Upon installing, I remember seeing a wet spill on the protective paper. Frantic (or neurotic ?), I called Bob with my concerns. He said I'll be over in the hour. I was truly impressed with his quick response.
Recently, we noticed some issues with the flooring. Again, Bob and his team were quick to remedy the issue. They stayed in communication and did a beautiful job.
