Very bad service, the washing machines do not work, the machines are locked and do not refund the money, the bathroom door is never open for customers, they do not have any worker in service, you should fix the machines. Terrible service!

I went a week ago. No one was there to open the bathroom and the place was very dirty. You no longer see anyone working like before and the owners need someone to keep an eye on them and fix the machines.

This afternoon my mom and I went there to dry our clothes because our dryer is broken and being fixed. That place was very clean and maintained very well. We'll go back there any time we need to. Safe and friendly people go there too.

I decided to give this place another chance. Some machines were broken but, it was definitely a huge improvement. There were these 2 helpful young ladies on Tuesday working there who kept the place organized and clean. Keep up the great work!

I can usually get in an out in about 1.4 hours depending on what time I get there and how busy it is. I've been coming here since about October 2018 and some of the machines still have tape over the coin slot suggesting they don't work (all together about five) not to mention some of the laundry carts wheels need to be replaced.I'm not sure why these haven't been fixed or replaced considering the amount of people I see coming to do that laundry. I have seen the older couple in months but the newer employees seem like they're trying to keep things as cleaned as well stocked. I may try the other laundromat around corner that looks more up to date.

This place is horrible. They have all the machines rigged. I used the big machines in the back to wash a comforter and it was supposed to be 17 quarters to start. Instead it charged 20. No way they check the refund box. AVOID this place unless you are OK with getting ripped off. Total scam.

They close early, before 10 often and they don’t care if you’re doing laundry or not. We were doing our laundry there before a trip to SF. We went next door to get a soda at 9:00 and came back at 9:10 and they were closed, with our laundry in the dryer with only 5 mins left on it! They say they close at 10 but almost all of their complaints are because they closed early multiple times. We missed our flight because we had to be at this Laundry mat to get our cloths at 7AM in the morning. Not happy.

That's fine, they just don't realize when the machines don't work as they should.
But good laundry compared to the one close by ?
