This is an update to a review that I wrote a few months ago which I gave a 5 star rating due to the great customer service and the nice selection of furniture at the San Marcos store.
The update is a 4 star only because of the quality of the Pacifica dinning table. After my furniture was delivered there were some defects and the San Marcus store customer service was great with trying to making it right. Then when the new furniture was switched out the dinning table was still defected, so they delivered another one and that one was also defected. So the driver picked up the floor sample from the San Marcos store and delivered it. I should have know from all the defects with this table that we would have trouble with it. The floor sample table was delivered on January 12th and to date this table scratches so easily (see photos). We have not even used it that much due to it being covered because of all the rainy weather. I do not recommend buying this table, it is from the Pacifica dinning group, although the chairs are super comfortable. Rosemarie from San Marcos store has given us great customer service. I recommend buying from this store, but not the Pacifica dinning table. Thank you to Rosemarie and the driver who drove back and forth for the great customer service and trying to make it right.

It was a great experience shopping at California Patio San Marcos. There was no pushy sales person trying to sell you furniture. We were able to walk around freely and not have a sales person hover over or around us. Once we decided on the beautiful patio dining set, Rosemarie provided her professional opinion which was great advice on the pros and cons of the extendable patio dining table and chairs. We definitely recommend California Patio for patio furniture.

I initially went to California Patio just to physically look at fabric samples for some patio chair cushions I had planned on ordering from a vendor up in LA. After meeting with Rosemarie, who was very knowledgeable and explained the differences in fabrics, (she was very kind as well), it didn't take me long to decide to order my cushions from her instead. She also gave me advice on how to make the fabric last longer and how to polish the metal so that it looks new. She mentioned the lead time on new cushions is (8) weeks, (mid-January). Fast forward to 12/12/23, I receive a surprise call from Rosemarie stating the cushions are ready for pickup. It had only been (4) weeks from the day I had placed the order! This means that my family visiting from out of town will be able to enjoy the chairs and patio over the Christmas holidays. I am very pleased with the color and quality of the new cushions, (see photos). It has truly been a pleasure doing business with Rosemarie and California Patio. Thank you so much!

The customer service in the store was 5-star. Unfortunately, the “white glove” delivery, of which I paid $175, was not. I am a 71 year old widow, recently recovering from back surgery. I had a very simple request- move the existing patio table. Would have taken less than 5 minutes. NEVER HAVE I EVER been told NO. EVERY delivery service has the same caveats- yours are no different. The time the delivery drivers took to “defend” their position, that table could have been moved back and forth 5 times. I pulled it forward myself. Absolutely disgusted. They were here MAYBE 5 minutes bringing the table and chairs around; spent twice that time defending their position. Some “white glove” service
