I brought my car back to Cal West to get the brakes repaired. I didn't have an appt. Drew and his team were able to fit me in. As always, they didn't disappoint! Professional service, Friendly, courteous and honest. Pricing is fair and reasonable. It's great when you have complete confidence in their integrity & workmanship. This is a shop that treats you like family! I have a 2018 Honda Fit and the AC hardly worked at idle. Only at high speeds on the freeway did the interior cool down. Drew took care of us! The system only had half a charge and the cabin filter was disgusting and had signs of rodents, yuck! I was in and out and now my kids are freezing in the back seat. Thanks Cal West Auto!

If you want Nordstrom customer service, this is the place to come. Drew and Aaron run an amazing shop with a stellar team of good humans. Sincerely, they actually care about their clients. (Yes, they have all reprat clients, not one-time customers). They always go above and beyond on so many levels. It is also worth mentioning the DARLING boutique next door for ladies or men looking to buy a gift that's run by Drew's wife, called Cal West Boutique! It's my new quick stop when I need a gift!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Drew, Dillon, Aaron and his entire staff are just amazing individuals. Very knowledgeable of the work they do, they get you the best quality of parts and price and just all and all kind hearted people, I trust in these guys to the fullest because to them it’s not just a job it’s a connection with everyone that walks through their door. I got worn down squeaky drive belt in my Lexus RX300 4WD. I made an appointment with another auto repair shop within ten days, But suddenly Friday afternoon squeaking got much worse so I called the other shop to reschedule for Monday but was refused. In desperation I started looking for alternative. I found Cal West Auto Center on Internet called them and they agreed to fix my drive belt Saturday for less than I was going to pay in other ship.
I found the place impressive. Facilities very impressive, Very clean. Staff very friendly, helpful and professional. They did not try to sell me anything more than I requested, No pressure. They did everything they promised. For a woman who doesn’t know much of car repair everything was explained to me in simple language. Atmosphere is family friendly. They clearly like to keep their customers for a long time, I am sure I will come back to do car maintenance there very soon as I have confidence in their honesty and professionalism. I would recommend Cal West Auto Center to anyone especially on limited/fixed budget.

I have had bad experiences in the past with trusting auto shops trying to price gouge me. I came to Cal West based on reviews and couldn't be happier.
They are straightforward and honest on needed repairs and what ones you can wait on. I have had costs 50% cheaper than other places trying to take advantage of clients.
The staff is friendly, trustworthy, respectful, and highly communicative.
I will continue to only use Cal West Auto Center for all services
