Arrived at 4:03pm on Tuesday. Door was open, but clerk said they were closed. Google maps has them closing at 6:00pm.

The service department guys can’t repair the spas they sell. They just shoot from the hip, are wrong, and leave without fixing the problem. The service manager is never available to try to fix a problem you’ve already paid to fix. If your spa breaks, you are on your own.

I was in the market for a quality spa as there are cheap ones out there and I came across Vita Spa at Bull girls and spas. I'm so glad I did because I was completely sold on the construction process, the pump system, insulation, sanitation system and the service/warranty. Not only was the sales process low pressure and enjoyable in which Jorge spent so much time with me to make sure I bought the perfect model for my needs but I had some very minor warranty concerns shortly after installation and they were immediately rectified as if I was the most important customer that day. This is rare these days and I'm very satisfied as a result. The service technician I believe his name was Nash was very attentive and most importantly patient with a new spa owner asking questions beyond what he was there for. I just text him again with a few other questions to gain more expertise and he was available on a Saturday evening and took my call. And not to mention he remembered conversations we had in my yard several months ago. So big five star review, 100% A+ for these two guys. Thank you for making this big purchase pleasant one. My 52 year old sore muscles and achy bones appreciate it!

We had Bull Grills & Pool come out twice to do a repair on our Maxx Spa. First time to replace our LED light module in February and today, replace out Bluetooth module. Both time our technician, Nash came out to do the repairs. Nash completed the LED module replacement very quickly. Today, Nash replaced the Bluetooth module, it was a little trickier as we couldn't get the Bluetooth to paired with the new module. He reworked some wiring and other problem solving and got the Bluetooth to pair with our device. But he wasn't done yet, just to be sure it wasn't the wiring causing the initial problem, he reinstall the old module to see if the wiring was the problem. So we are sure we would not have to spend the $400 on a new module unnecessarily. Well, it was the old module that was bad. We appreciate Nash making the extra effort to test the parts so we didn'thave to spend the extra money if we didn't need to. That us customer service and we appreciate that. Note: We live in Imperial County and Bull do charge a $100 trip fee and that is fair. It's just good to know they stand behind their products they sell to out of county customers and will provide service to customers outside San Diego County. Thank you Nash.

We have been extremely happy with Bull's team of employees. Starting with Jorge our salesman and finishing with our orientation with Nash. Nash's presentation was easy to understand, yet very thorough. Nash's assurance of service and assistance in the future was very reassuring. The delivery team did a fine job and gave us plenty of time to make sure it was set up as we wanted. The Viking tub is very nice and we are happy with our selection. The tub was delivered within the time frame they quoted. Other dealers were talking months later than Bull.

Just had my spa serviced by Nash, I am very pleased! He was so professional, courteous and explained everything in detail before moving forward with the repair and once finished did the same; reviewing all he had done. Everything was completed in a timely manner. We will use this company again, and I will certainly ask for Nash!

Keith, an older gentleman that stinks like cigarettes, isn't the friendliest. While talking with him about the spa's and trying to compare & contrast with the other spas on the market he goes and bashes the neighbors products. When we go over the delivery timeline and he learns he won't be able to deliver fast enough he walks away and mumbles what sounded like "**** off, get out of my store". Be cautious when visiting this store.
