So much fun with 8 and 10 year old granddaughters! Not cheap but we caught a weekday special that made it do-able. Bring socks to wear with shoe rentals! Clean, family friendly atmosphere. We went on a weekday right at opening and had our pick of lanes. Staff was available to explain how to get started with the keyboard on our lane. Neighboring group of bowlers helped us figure out the bumpers. Lots of bowling balls light enough for young bowlers and this senior. Convenient parking. We stayed after and had the BEST pizza and the girls had delicious hand made milk shakes! It will be a special occasion place because of the cost, but we will definitely be back!

LOVED Bowlero! We had a family day bowling on Labor Day. We had a blast. The venue is one of the best! I'm from Orange County & we have several bowling alleys, but none as colorful and vibrant as Bowlero. Despite the holiday, we had no wait time. I purchased a Groupon (GREAT deal!!!) but it didn't allow for us to make a reservation; it was 1st come, 1st served. We got right in & made some wonderful family memories.

It was very good.
I don't understand your staff is all tired, or what? I'm a customer, I come to bowling to play spending money.
As I step back from history, I'll write to you. People can be seen very strongly when a person is not in the mood, when they are annoyed.
So, we celebrated our birthday and spent time. I didn't like one case. I contacted the staff who work, the person, the employee with the dissatisfied person did their duties.
Why do you want to work? Why work if they're steamy... they're tired of you. Really.
Oh, you'll say the human element, even though you don't know those words. The human factor can't work when working with a lot of people... business bowling. Of course, when people come in brazen and act bad... that's not what I mean. I came over, asked respectfully. I respectfully asked to change it, add time. And I see the girls' faces... like... man, what do you need, I was so cool standing here. We were chatting, and you came and interrupted us. That's pretty much what it was. What are you even doing?
Whoever follows the reviews, let your managers know. Let them make normal work schedules for employees. Let vacationers come to work... and let people who want to work work work...

We had a great time there!! We celebrated my girlfriend's daughter's 13th birthday. They put a lot of love and care into what they did, from the hostesses to the manager, Mr. Macdonald. Thank you guys so much!!

My husband and I had a date night here! We had such a blast! Everyone was extremely welcoming and seemed sincere in doing so. I would also like to get management's attention because there was one person in particular who made the entire night amazingly smooth! Klara is such an awesome person! She is extremely attentive and consistently checking in, we never once felt that we had to "flag her down"! She is probably the best server that I have ever had! She needs tons of recognition from management and if it were up to me, a little raise as well! She is a model employee and it was a pleasure to meet her!

Overall expensive, but worth it. Great Lanes, great ball selection, great food choices, plenty of drinks to choose, it looks like it would be fun to host an event there.
The arcade had a decent amount of games.
We had a great time!

We reserved a lane but were late because of traffic. Krissy and Taylor helped us keep our full time and made our bowling experience so fun! The food was delicious, the staff was courteous, and friendly and the drinks were perfect! Can’t wait to bowl again soon!

I wanted to share the excellent experience my team & I had last night at Bowlero SM!! I booked a party to say farewell to some of our tenured employees going out of state to attend college & one who is joining the military. Kryssi Brewer, the Events Manager & her team far exceeded our expectations. I was blown away by her personalized approach. She made sure her team was ready to assist us, introduced herself, helped us w what to expect, asked what we were celebrating & made sure everyone felt special. She checked in often and was always friendly, professional & extremely sincere. She glowed when talking about her team & they were all so friendly and helpful. She brought a bowling pin for everyone to sign and truly made the night memorable. At the end of our time she helped us to easily transition to stay for one more game. The manager Ken was extremely helpful and jumped in to help. The waitresses and bar tending staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and full of energy. From start to finish it was a fantastic experience!! We will definitely be back. Thank you again Kryssi & team for making our evening so special ?

Fun place! My partner and I bought summer passes after bowling there a few times. Drove 30 minutes to be told summer passes aren't valid at certain times like Saturdays after 4pm. Don't care if that is a policy but it isn't anywhere when purchasing the passes.
