Very helpful staff. I pop in for minor questions periodically as I am technically challenged at times. Most recently, Ray was super friendly and nice...if I had a business requiring customer service, I would consider stealing her from T-Mobile! Thanks for the help!

I was so frustrated with our current mobile carrier Verizon and wanted so switched to t mobile. My expectation was pretty long process of switching.
