This may be a great local company, but they don't pay their bills. It's great to see all the business they do and their customers loving the products. Products, that company's like us (a small business) provide them, yet John, doesn't pay his bills.

These guys are great! As a realtor, I often times have last minute projects and they happily complete them for me in no time and for a reasonable price. I'm grateful that they're local and such a great resource!

Being a Small Business/Restaurant owner. I depend on other small businesses in my community to help me succeed. Jon, Shawn, and the rest of the team always come through for me. Things can change at the restaurant at any given time. I often need food or bar menus printed same day. Many times they have caught errors on my artwork, that they happily have fixed. Needless to say Biz Print & Promo are my go-to for all my printing needs. I have been doing business with BPP since 2012. They have never let me down. Highly Recommend!!

I’ve come to Biz Print & Promo for years to get marketing items for multiple companies that I’ve been involved with. Whether it’s t-shirts, pens, banners or something more innovative like laser cut bottle holders, these guys do not disappoint! If I need “normal” things they get it with perfect logos just the way I want, and if I don’t know what I want they’re happy to brainstorm with me for something truly original that they craft right in the back of the shop. Far superior service over the “big” printing & marketing material companies, along with great prices and that local business touch. Products are always great, but the genuine care of other local business owners really sets Biz Print & Promo apart from their competitors.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE....THEY WILL MAKE MAJOR ERRORS AND WILL NOT TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY OR REFUND YOU. I will NEVER do business with this place again. HORRIBLE customer service. Rude, disrespectful, incompetent, entitled, condescending.There is an older man here who printed the WRONG thing for a very important event. I came back to get the correct one and he starts talking down to me as if I have no idea what needed to be printed, although my wife MADE it and emailed it to him to be printed. He was extremely disrespectful in his word choice, his tone was rude, then he had the AUDACITY to try to blame the printing error on us???!!! LOL YOU ARE THE PRINTING PERSON, YOU PRINTED THE WRONG ITEM!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE....THEY WILL MAKE MAJOR ERRORS AND WILL NOT TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY AND WILL DISRESPECT YOU.

If you're looking for any type of graphic design or promotional/branding items I highly recommend using Jon's full service for your needs. You will not be disappointed.Jon and his team are very talented at what they do. Jon has many years of experience and is very easy to work with.Jon is able to turn the simplest of ideas into a master piece. Watching him do his magic is an honor. Being able to see a conceptual design turn into a finalized product will blow your mind. His creativity has no bounds.I also love that he took the time to show me the process of how a sticker is both printed and cut.

Best/coolest/nicest workers ever. I needed a same day printing of pdfs onto nice certificates that could be framed. I was greeted with tons of kindness and didn't know how to ask what I wanted, but the man up front could tell what I was referring to and he got it done within 10 minutes. The whole time, him and his coworker were talking to me about funny stories and jokes and I just felt so welcome. I left Biz Print with a smile, I wouldn't have minded staying longer since it was fun, and they were very efficient with their work. I meant to leave a review earlier but that day was so easygoing and it brushed past me. 100% recommend it for a job that's needed, and talk to the workers, they are hilarious!Thank you Biz Print-Trevor (the Scotland certificate guy!)
