Farouk was extremely courteous and helpful with my laptop issue. He solved the issue quickly with a smile. All the staff was very helpful and we'll continue to buy our electronics from Best Buy.
When you purchase something, be sure to ask about the Best Buy extended warranty program. It is a great deal.
