I came here to sing the praises of Bavarian Master Care and was fully prepared to provide a detailed rundown of my entire experience with them. However, I’m no longer going to do that after seeing the overwhelming number of positive, in-depth reviews. They are well deserved.
Long story short, my 1991 318is had a catastrophic failure (the crankshaft completely snapped), and they rebuilt and handled everything for me. Very flexible and accommodating.
Habib, Hamed, and the entire crew are top-notch, solid humans. Don’t hesitate to bring your car to them.

I always bring my BMW into Bavarian Mastercare when my car needs service or repairs, they also do excellent work, and they are really quick with repairs. Eddie, who is at the front desk, is super nice, friendly and efficient, the kind of person I would love to have greeting my clients.

Bavarian Mastercare has been our automotive shop of choice for her 12 or 13 years now. They have consistently provided us with good feedback, not overcharging us, and are always friendly and helpful. I've been taking my Mercedes C230 to the dealer for over 5 years. One day, I finally got tired of all those crazy fees and decided to take it to Bavarian. Holy smokes, best decision I ever made! Although the car needed A Service, which is about one hour of labor, Eddie tells me everything checked out fine and he's only gonna charge me half an hour of labor. I also needed an alignment since car was pulling. Eddie then tells me since the back wheels were already aligned. He's again only gonna charge me half hour labor. I was in and out the same day, literally for a third of what I would pay at the dealer for typical Service A and standard alignment. I can't recommend this place enough! I'd give it 10 stars if I could.

I've been taking my BMW 650i to Hamed and his crew for almost 4 yrs for those surprise engine lights and various issues as well as routine maintenance. Bavarian Master Care is a great service provider, knowledgeable troubleshooting, and all around conscientious and professional BMW service provider.
