I LOVE training with Mitch! He takes a super holistic approach to fitness starting with foundations in mobility and also helping to improve mindset and nutrition (which is 100% what I needed coming into this as a total gym newbie). I’ve been training for a little over two months and it’s been really awesome to see how I’m noticeably stronger than when I first started.

Man oh man, where do i begin with Mitch, since day one he has impressed me with his wide knowledge on physical mobility. not only challenging me physically everyday but teaching me and explaining in detail what it is we are doing with proper form and control. My fitness transformation and past injuries have healed & has excelled with Mitch's professionalism and his extensive background on muscle function. Also has a very positive/mentor like personality that makes you feel like more then just a client, definitely no cookie cutter program with this stud. Annnnnnnnnnnnd the best part is he is coming to support me on my first full marathon that we have been training for. Thanks Coach see you at the finish line !!

I started C4 in Oct 2018 and have loved it! I get bored with doing the same gym workouts so adding this into my fitness routine is exactly what I needed. Love the high intensity workout and the hour flies by! I'm not normally a group workout kind of person but C4 totally changed my mind on that. I like how efficient and challenging the workout is. I've stayed more committed to strength training since I started C4. I like the smaller size of the gym and it not being the usual big box/commercial gym setup. Everyone is very welcoming & friendly at CTF. Definitely a good vibe kind of place!

I have always been an active person, but I reached out to Cultivating Fitness to help give me experienced guidance in building up my strength in the gym. The online program Mitch provides continues to intrigue and challenge me, but I also discovered this was exactly the push, new energy and accountability I needed to get back into consistent movement and feel confident in my own abilities. I've been a desk worker for 14 years and my flexibility and balance had seriously suffered. I started working out with Mitch almost a year ago, and it's made a huge difference. I'm actually in the best shape of my life now! And as someone with very fast metabolism, I'm finally able to gain muscle weight. Mitch has an excellent fitness program to help gain real strength and mobility.

Mitchell is a fellow trainer and his seminars every other Saturday are INCREDIBLY informative. I have always had a ton of shoulder issues personally and after one of his seminars on shoulder stability, the next day the numbness in my arm had gone away. I was very impressed & excited! Mitch is amazing!

I'm not sure how this spot has no reviews yet! First off let me start with John is an absolute gentlemen. His approach to training is awesome, he was encouraging, energetic, and extremely knowledgeable. He used unorthodox training methods compared to your standard gyms and it kicked my butt, but John was there the whole way through my training to keep me motivated and informed. Not only did he explain technique but also on what each work out was doing for me. Of your looking to take your athleticism to another level or are at a plateau you have to come see John. Great spot and I look forward to training there a again.

YES!! Post pregnancy workouts take that something special and Mitch is the best! From a professional gymnast to a mommy of 3 I'm not where I want to be, but know that I will get there with the right advice! Not all trainers are created equal! I'm excited to find the right trainer and post the end results!

Cultivating Fitness is worth your dollar. I've hesitated multiple times to spend money on a trainer but Mitch is worth every penny. I've never learned more about my body than in the 6 months of training with him. He is super relational and genuinely cares about each clients unique needs. His focus on the basics to begin with shows his attention to detail and philosophy of building off of a strong foundation. If there was any reason I didn't see the results I wanted, it was because of my own fault for time out of the gym and my time in the fridge, but if that isn't the case, results are second nature. Everything felt “organic,†it was simple but challenging, and I knew that when the time came to walk out of the place, I had felt accomplished and that my body was adjusting to the means we were aiming for. So if you've got goals for 2019 you want to hit, let Cultivating Fitness be the catalyst for you!

Had an awesome time training with Mitch. My knees are all jacked up and he developed a program to strengthen/restore them. Highly recommended to anyone who is looking for a tailored experience! Mitch knows every move in the business. And just when you think you've tried every work out ever, he invents a new one.

If you want a really great workout, with someone who is very knowledgeable then look no further. Cultivating fitness is where it's at! Very professional. I'm impressed with the workouts I've done so far. This is definitely something I can stick with.
