The so-called manager there "Abril" is a rude cunt. Kept cutting me off telling me that my iPhone 13 Pro Max wouldn't qualify for the $1000 trade-in promotion at going on during the iPhone launch around Thanksgiving time and I kept trying to explain to her that I had AppleCare plus for my iPhone from Apple and I had an appointment to go and get the phone replaced after I paid the deductible of $99 but she wouldn't let me explain. It kept cutting me off before I got a chance to explain to her. She is very rude and a professional. She not be the manager there as she doesn't let a customer get a word in and she also smells really bad like pot, I was just so over it and fed up with her condescending attitude not even letting me get a word and I'm switching to T-Mobile. They're giving me $1000 off to you and it's not for 36 months it's only for two years instead of three goodbye, AT&T, you just lost a loyal customer of 10+ years.

I was at work in Poway and called to see if they had a phone in stock. I believe it was Raul. He said yes it there, so I drive on my lunch break to go purchase the phone. His boss the assistant manager came out to help me. He was very rude and didn't look like he wanted to be there. He said the phone was there but could not be sold until the following day. Why couldn't they just say that on the phone? Needless to say I'll be purchasing this phone elsewhere.

Went in to trade in my IPhone 7. Joe H was a big help. Discussed several replacement phones as well as service plans. Ended up with a IPhone 13 and saved on my service plan. Also helped with installing a new screen shield. Saved me 30 minutes. Professional, helpful, and patient. Thanks Joe!!Michael P

I came over here as the other location was having a business meeting in the middle of the day and couldn't stop to help customers. I was helped by Liz and she was awesome. She understood exactly what I needed and was very knowledgeable about what I needed to do. After two days of issues Liz figured it out no problem. Best customer service I have received when dealing with AT&T so far.

Was great as a corporate store...BRUTAL AS AN AUTHORIZED RESELLER. Staff is not customer service trained. Very off putting attitude. Highly suggest you use a different store.

I've come here three times in the last week trying to get help and waited forever. It's such a busy shopping complex. Better luck at another store. I recommend the AT&T store in Carlsbad at the forum. They help you right away and they're very nice. At this location you can easily be waiting an hour and still not be helped. I know it's not the staffs fault, but it's such a busy location you would think that they would have more employees working?I don't have time to takeoff work to sit around for three hours....

Tried to do curbside pick up on the site to pay for a phone in cash! Didn't work. Called att they told me to come to my local store (they had the phone in stock) been waiting outside for over an hour (was quoted 20 minutes) when asked if there's anyone else available they said the manager decided to go on break with 3 people waiting (one ahead of me) called vista and they have no wait. Headed there now. Terrible customer service.
