I wanted to get a wavy perm there and the lady used the right rods at first but then said my hair wasn’t cooperating and then she proceeded to use smaller rods and didn’t tell me she was going use smaller rods and I didn’t want curly hair so i said to undo the rods and she got mad and charged me $10 which i don’t know why i paid if she didn’t do anything to my hair.

This salon is where all of my family gets their haircut because it's near my house. The lady, Marcela, that cuts our hair already knows how we like it. Always gentle and caring woth our heads, she is a 10!!!!
