I never ever have written a review on any store before, especially a negative one, but I just have to share my experience because it was absolutely horrible and appalling. I came to this gas station 2 days ago, went inside and used my DasherDirect pre paid card to put 20 in my tank, I look on the reader and it says approved so I say thank you and I leave. When I try to use the pump I realized the pump wasn't turning on, as it should be no big deal these things happen, I went inside to inform the man working there with a very polite tone about my issue and that I simply needed some help. Now this is the part where he blatantly starts yelling at me to leave and get out out of nowhere. I was genuinely so confused as to why he just started raising his voice at me, I did not get his name but he was an older Indian guy (I think indian doesn't really matter just for the effort of a description because I didn't catch his name) and so there I am trying to get some help from this employee, and he's just yelling that my card is not working and to get out. There was absolutely NO REASON for him to have escalated the situation by also coming around from the counter and continued to raise his voice. He hadn't even put any effort in trying to understand my issue or starting with communicating with me, he was super rude, disrespectful, and COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. WORST SERVICE EVER!!! And I'm a person of color too I thought we were supposed to stick together!!!

So Bobby D needed some gas for Bobby D 's ride but the pump said to go inside and pay. Bobby D tries to go inside but the door is locked and inside Bobby D sees this fat f#ck just eating without a care in the world. I hope fat f#ck enjoyed that bowl of d!ck$ since he couldn't be bothered, good thing theres a Chevron across the street that actually works and Bobby D was able to gas up.

Beware! Inserted my debit card into pump, entered pin, then received a message that the transaction was denied. Tried two more times, each time same message. Thought maybe something wrong with the card, so paid $40 in cash and filled the tank. Got home to find that they hard hit my debit card for $100.33, $100.25, and $100.37 and all were withdrawn from my bank. I called my bank to dispute, they told me I had to go to Arco and ask them to reverse. The manager/owner said that its not possible that that bank of america would even allow that, and i should work through B of A. I disputed the charge, they credited my account until they could investigate, but now they are taking back the money. Arco responded that it was through an automated pump (correct) and that the gas was dispensed. (incorrect) So Bank of America is now charging me over $300 for gas pumped at one station within a 5 minute timeframe. Nobody cares that I have a 16 gallon tank and even at $4 per gallon, the most I could have put in my tank would have been $64. So its IMPOSSIBLE to pump $100 once, let alone three times. This is complete BS and our family of 4 will NEVER use this station again. This is outright theft!!!

Had one of the best conversations with the gentleman at the counter. Tom and I chatted for about 30 mins in between him taking care of customers and helping me with a simple lottery purchase. First we just started with the perfunctory weather conversation, but then we opened the door to term limits in politics, being good neighbors and wishing a Utopian outcome for all of us in the very near future. During these socially distant times, it's really comforting when businesses are being social in the purest sense. I'm certain. I'll be back, if for no other reason than to say Hi to Tom. ???? #LocalGem

The reason I am sending this review because management needs to give a class on discrimination to their employees, because while the gas pump was filling up my tank I walk in with just a 20.00 bill in hand, walk back to the hotdogs and saw only one type of hotdog was offered (no spicy hotdog so as I turned around bummed stuck the 20.00 bill in the back pocket of my tight jeans( come nothing could've fit back there lol) he yells in front of the store excuse me ma'am I just saw you stuck something in your back pocket, I said excuse me??and showed him (Jim or Tim) whoever was working the 3:26pm shift on 11/09/20, he Didn't even apologize to me, discrimination comes in all colors and sizes

I moved here March with my wife , first time I came worker named Tom asked my wife if she liked her coffee how she liked her men , already was not a good start then everything I asked for was a no, every time I go here to get a slurpy and hot dog the man there named Tom is always so rude and says he's the only one in the store and can't leave his post to take care of those things after a couple months of going in and being treated badly and spoken to Rudely I told him it was starting to feel like discrimination since we r gay he said "yup you can call it that" , please be aware this is not the vibe anyone wants he is so rude and has been since we have moved here I live a block away and will now drive anywhere but here

If you want to go into a store and be ignored, walked away from, and treated like dirt by someone that doesn't even speak English this is the place for you. I went to this gas station to get something free that I went on Scratch Power and the person working, name was surrender, said it wasn't working and too bad. When I walked into the store he was walking away for me and I kept calling him and he kept walking away. He could barely speak English. I asked him if he owns a gas station because I couldn't believe that anybody would employ someone who is so rude. He said he didn't only gas station but he must be related to the person that owns it is he still there and I'm sure he's rude to everybody else. Not going there anymore.

I paid the short old Hispanic cashier $20 for gas and he locked the door behind me and disappeared without starting the pump. I literally had to call the police and wait 20 minutes just so I could get my gas

Every time I come here there never open...door locked and the guy says we closed as he plays on his phone....4th time .. I work near by and need gas before heading home... I will never come here again

The cashier working on September 22nd @ 11pm-11:55pm creepily held my friends ID and asked her a handful of questions about where she lives currently as opposed to what her ID says, what she does for a living, and made comments about her looks in the photo. Once my friend got her ID back she was already feeling uncomfortable, the man then made comments about the drinks she was buying and how she should hang out with him and share/have a good time. By this point there was no one around in or out of the store, and my friend was feeing peak vulnerability/fearful.
I’m posting this because I don’t believe my friend should have to call me when she’s pumping her gas to feel like she has a back up plan in case something happens to her.
I wish this cashier in the future to stop creeping on people and just do your job, ring up the items, check the ID and quit making advances on people that are clearly unwarranted. I know he was prolly bored but Jesus just do your job.
