AALL Care In Home Services of North County recently provided caregiving services for my father while he recovered at home from a broken hip. The AALL Care caregivers that helped Dad, especially Denise, were excellent and they all were caring, consistent, and dependable. The administrative team were helpful, thoughtful and thorough in helping us while we made changes to the schedule. They were always cheerful and polite whenever we asked them to accommodate Dad's needs. I recommend them highly!

AALL CARE has been providing excellent care for my step-father. Mary and Christie have been so easy and accommodating with all the arrangements we have needed. Debbie is dad's direct caregiver and she has provided excellent care for him. She is a skilled professional, personable, and comforting to him. These ladies have made a difficult time for dad and the family so much easier. Thank you all so very much.

I love Aall Care, so glad I made the choice to work here. I enjoy taking excellent care of clients and this company gives me the support I need so I can do that. They work to make sure I have the schedule that fits my life so I can be happy and at my best at work. 24 hour support which i have used a couple of times. I love my clients and have gotten to know their likes and needs so I can better serve them. Weekly direct deposit pay is great. I highly recommend Aall Care for those seeking care as well as those who provide care.

We have had an Aall Care home health aid for about 4 months and the service is excellent. The office staff (Kristine and Valerie) work their tails off to get the specific help that is needed at the time it is needed. This is very important to the family. The caregivers are very attentive to the both the patient and the primary caregiver. I do not hesitate to recommend Aall Care services for your loved one.

Although one of the caregivers was awesome and very intelligent, my experience with this company was bad, to say the very least. My father is diabetic and one of the care givers kept bringing him burritos and tacos without my consent. She wasn't the sharpest knife in the drawer and had no knowledge of diabetes whatsoever. They frequently called me an hour or two before saying that a caregiver had flaked and they would have to send someone else, if they could find someone else. The worst of it was they somehow dropped the ball on getting authorization renewal from the VA and abruptly stopped service, leaving me hanging and my father to fend for himself all day long while I am at work. I highly recommend NOT using this company.
