Place is dumb. None of the pumps takes cards. You have to pay inside where the line is huge and the cashier is just mopping instead of assisting customers. I had to go across the street just to get gas. And the place is filthy aside from the shelves from what I can tell

Went to 7/11 and Charlie was rude in regards to asking if he can assist with reaching a drink since I did not reach and he looked at me at me and told me to reach out to god. I asked him for help I told him I did not want to Climb to injure myself and he ignored me. I was kicked out.

A good 7-Eleven off Grand Avenue in San Marcos, CA. Right across from the 78 freeway entrance and tons of food places. The store inside is really big and well-stocked. There is a nice staff person inside with colorful hair who helped me. No issues!

The lady who works there is very nice and funny! She also has rizz and cares about her customers. Give her a raise!

This store may always be low on inventory, but it is very high in ignorance. My grandson stopped by there today to grab a couple of bottles of water. There was no one at the register so he put the bottles on the counter and went to look for a cashier. Some crazy cashier lady with brownish grey hair started yelling for him to leave and threaten to hit him so he left the store and did not purchase anything. I told him that he should file charges against her. I hope he does.

I went there because after my doctor appointment I needed to get some gas and I saw this was the cheapest price in the area, so went there and was not disappointed. In and out super easy, no huge lines, everything worked perfectly, areas were kept clean.

If I can leave zero stars I would, My mother went to this store twice and each time the manager is very rude. She has a very bad attitude and responds in a bad way. It's appalling that she's even a manager to begin with. She fights with her customers. My mother has never experienced this at any other store. And she feels very mistreated by this lady. She gave a lot of attitude and made my mother very uncomfortable. She gave my mother attitude with every response that she made. I advice the store to reconsider her position or speak to her to make a change.

I love stopping to get a Diet Coke when I'm out and about and 7-11 is a classic. This 7-11 is the worst stocked, worst run store I've been in. They are constantly out of the basics; today it was ice. ICE?!? There is a Shell foodmart across the street. Save the energy and go there.

Something's off. Every. Single. Time. Never fails, especially first thing in the AM en route to work. Every ice bag has melted & refroze into a solid block, they ordered the wrong lids for their coffee cups....like not a lid in the store will keep your coffee from spilling all over your center console. They say they are trying out the 7eleven pastries / coffee cakes and if people like them they'll restock them, interesting they are never in stock, obviously people like them so keep ordering what people buy dummy?! I have to leave 30 minutes earlier for work to fit a stop in at Walmart if I need now just to avoid this trash7eleven experience from being the start of my days. Never been to one this wickedly whack ever!!

The cashier was standing at the door not wearing a mask even though they have a sign saying they are required. I will not be coming back here.
