So my right side hinge broke on my zoomed 36 in terrarium. I called and they sent me replacement parts. Broken replacement parts. The parts were snapped in half and put in the box. Why would you snap the parts in half to ship them? Why isn't someone quality checking the parts? This was blatant and deliberate. They're about to lose several customers. We keep our reptiles in zoomed terrariums. Now I'm going to go buy the ecoflex habitats.

Best customer service experience!!!!!! I think I spoke with Jennifer (sorry i always forget names) and she was the most knowledgeable person I've spoken to in any business in a really long time. She knew the answer right off the bat without having to look anything up. She explained clearly how to use the heater/temp gauge and was very friendly on top of it! Thank you SO MUCH, really a pleasure to call a business and receive proper instructions as well as a friendly attitude!!!!!

The former Graduate is now Zoo Med laboratories & SLO Reptile, it's extremely devastating to many locals that The Graduate was turned into a lousy reptile place as it's a real pity that we drive by this place every day to see that it's like looking at a vacant building when it used to be full of happy people every day but now it's so depressing to see this beautiful place put to waste. The owners never should have sold it to these reptile people, they could have sold to somebody else that would have had made it for local activity like The Graduate was than what they're using it for now, what a shame,

I had recently contacted Zoo med and spoke to Meredith Elrich regarding replacement probes for the environmental control unit. I explained that my cat ate the temp probe and that I wanted to purchase a probe. She said not to worry, there would be no charge. She then sent me a package containing all of the probes.Then soon after that I was having problems with the remote not being able to be silenced when an alarm activated. We went through some troubleshooting and found the remote to be defective and again sent me a replacement remote absolutely free.This is what the definition of a company that stands by their product and takes care of its customers.This was an amazing experience and I will be a zoo med customer for life.

I emailed regarding a replacement part I could not find anywhere online and Jennifer D. was quick to respond and beyond helpful. It's so nice to deal with a company that stands behind their products. Next upgrade I can confidently say I'll purchase through Zoo Med again because they provide exceptional service.

Cool wrap decor, but terrible parking job. I couldn't get into my car via the driver side. When you drive the company vehicle, drive right. LOL!

Have been in contact with Jennifer D. through email regarding placement parts for my 100 gallon palladium. Jennifer arranged for replacement parts and silicone to be shipped out directly to my address in Ontario, Canada. She was excellent on communication through the entire process. I had some issues with the tracking number, and she was ready to send out another order. I am really glad to know this company provides such excellent service, and great people like Jennifer to work with. I appreciate what you did!

My experience here wasn't anything like the other reviews. My appointment was for 2pm I showed up at 9:30am and checked in. The guy said they manufacture the products and if your load is ready and there's an empty dock they will load you regardless of your appointment. Fortunately My load was ready and I was out the door by 11am. There is a gate so I don't think they have overnight parking.

I was lied to about a tank they told me it was metal on the top it was not It was plastic and melted and almost hurt my reptile and now they embarrassed me and lie to me and told me to go and get a new one When I get there they told me I had to bring the old one but that's not what they told me on the phone for many days I was talking to Jen don't trust them

Their products can sit on their docks, my company will never haul another one of their loads. They are extremely slow in loading, completely unorganized and their docks are very dangerous, close and tight. Expect you Truck to be damaged

This is one of very few companies that still cares and focuses on the end user. They are a genuine company that truly cares and it shows. I dealt with Miranda and she was insanely knowledge a joy to speak with and between her and her supervisor I had my issue taken care of better than I could have imagined the out come to be. Keep it up Zoo Med and Miranda ! 10/10 you have a lifetime customer in me. On top of that I will always recommend zoo med. (They have the superior product lines anyway I've tried all the different manufacturers) Great job and thank you.
