I emailed regarding a replacement part I could not find anywhere online and Jennifer D. was quick to respond and beyond helpful. It's so nice to deal with a company that stands behind their products. Next upgrade I can confidently say I'll purchase through Zoo Med again because they provide exceptional service.

Cool wrap decor, but terrible parking job. I couldn't get into my car via the driver side. When you drive the company vehicle, drive right. LOL!

Had an issue with my filter. Called Zoo Med and spoke to Jennifer. She figured out my problem right away and had suggestions on how to fix the problem. Received part and the filter is working. Thanks Jennifer!
