Don't buy from this company. They don't care about their customers. They want to charge $12 to return an item that cost $14.95. It does not say that anywhere on the website, until you try to return. Shame on you.

The parking stinks, why bother going and paying ridiculous prices for parking to buy kitchen stuff. Bed Bath & Beyond was a better option until they closed that beautiful store. Going downtown is just not worth it, so driving to Santa Maria with more stores and free parking is just better period. Also Fordans that used to be across the street is gone which used to be a great store closed and now there's this ridiculous restaurant there. The old charm of the downtown is gone, it's horrible now

We tried to shop at your SLO store yesterday to buy several items seen on the web! No parking close by! Finally found a 30 minute spot a block or so away. $4/hour for parking to buy at your store! Almost left then, but To top it off, the meter did not work. The three of us drove away and bought our items on line from another store! UR better off moving out of downtown SLO.

My fiancé and I were shopping around and decided to check the store out knowing it's an expensive store and we don't shop here often. The employees were amazing that where making pizza at the moment and gave us slices and it was amazing!! They were also demoing their coffee machines and we got an espresso and it was super good!!! We decided to buy some of these nice bee plates and dishes and then we were offered more pizza while checking out! We will be going back tomorrow lol seriously though great experience

Absolutely the worst customer service I ever have experienced! Rude, very misinformed on there services, and make the customer at fault. Talked to 7 different customer service representatives and only one person named Monica was nice and polite.I do not recommend this company and any stores affiliated with them. I was a customer and account holder since 1992. so many other companies like crate and bar or Sur la tab to switch my business too!no stars for me! ( in order to post this I had to select a star)

Most people go into WM to windowshop, "looky loos" or just to be seen there. I go in there to BUY. I love their inventory and the staff is always helpful. Need to stop by again.

Great products but horrible customer service. I was visiting San Luis Obispo for the first time and decided to visit Williams-Sonoma since I needed to purchase a couple of pans that I needed. An employee was assisting me but she spoke to me in a very belittling, condescending tone as if I was a child who lacked any knowledge about their products. I was very close to buying a set of pans, but her in-genuine attitude and demeanor drove me away from the store empty-handed. I will be looking to purchase a set of pans from another store that doesn't have patronizing employees.
