Called in an RX was told it would be ready the next day, I call the next day and was told within 2 hours I got there 2.5 hours later and they haven't even started to fill it. So rude!

The staff are very careful with HIPPA controlled client information.Their attitude is very professional as well as friendly.I really appreciate the staff taking time to learn my name and a few things about me.It’s very much a small neighborhood feeling.

This was an extremely disappointing experience. Pharmacist refused to fill my prescriptions because it was 33 minutes until closing. He said he couldn't guarantee he could fill them by closing because someone else might come and need prescriptions too. There was no one else waiting. He told me to go to CVS instead, CVS was closed and I told him that. I needed the antibiotics and painkillers for my daughter that evening. I was absolutely shocked that he wouldn't do it. He didn't care. He didnt want to get off his chair and work. I drove across town to Rite Aid and they filled in 20 minutes AND they were extremely kind.

Updating this review. The last two visits have included 15-minute waits for prescriptions. Seems like the location is understaffed, although everyone is still friendly. Previous review: Great place for vaccine shots and prescriptions. Very friendly pharmacists. Just got a vaccination, and only took about 5 minutes. You get a 10% off groceries coupon with each order, so it’s a great deal. Sometimes the lines to pick up a prescription can be a little long, but at least there is a Starbucks in Vons right next to the pharmacy. If you call in a prescription, they usually have it ready in a few hours.

Great place for vaccine shots and prescriptions. Very friendly pharmacists. Just got a vaccination, and only took about 5 minutes. You get a 10% off groceries coupon with each order, so it’s a great deal. Went to this pharmacy to get Covid shot during walk- in hours. Waited 2 hours. Was told Medicare had blocked me from getting this vaccine. Totally untrue. Went to Wal Mart the very same afternoon as a walk-in customer and got my Covid shot with a 5 minute wait. Also checked with CVS pharmacy that very afternoon in person on the same day and my Medicare had not blocked anything. Von’s pharmacy is beyond screwed up with inaccurate information. They have computer problems. Terrible customer service.

Came for my meds 30 mins before they closed today and the pharmacist who was there acted like she just didn't want to be there. I felt bad just for being there to pick up my prescription because I was making her work and she just seemed so annoyed. I always find it so awkward when I go somewhere where they are ringing me up and after my card is done processing they just simply don't say anything and act like I'm not even there. I don't know if I'm good to go or if I need to wait for a receipt or something because they just straight up stay quite and expect you to just leave without saying anything. A "thanks" or a "you are good to go" would be helpful. Very poor customer service.

They always have my meds that no other pharmacy can seem to carry. It has relieved me of my monthly hassle and chase for my medications! Not to mention a week of time trying to get my meds at other places. I am very happy I switched to this pharmacy. I drive for Santa Margarita and it's well worth the drive !

This pharmacy has gone downhill. Poor customer service and medication processing. Not sure what has happened but the changes are drastic. Don't bother. You'll get nothing but headaches.

Pharmacist was awfully rude. Didn't ask for health insurance and slammed the medication bag around with an angry face. It was so uncomfortable and she clearly did not want to do her job. Will not be coming back here for any reason to be treated so badly. The pharmacist name is Misha.

First time here at Vons Pharmacy. The pahrmacy is inside of the Vons grocery store wich is very spaciouse, clean, and well put together. The employees here are weloming and helpful. The produce department looked very colorful and fresh. Self check out was quick and easy. I was out of town and needed a COVID test right away and had a hard time finding one. All the other Phamacys and stores were out of self-test kits. Finally found a couple of places, however, thay charged $100.00 - $145.00. Came to Vons Pharmacy and they had COVID self-test kits available. I was lucky enough to be able to have them billed to my insurance so I didnt pay any money out of pocket. The young girl at the counter was very helpful with adding my claim and processing it to my insurance. Nzxt I was given a bag full of self-test kits and I was on my way.
