Came for a smog test on my 27 foot motorhome. The appointment was for 7:00 AM on a Friday.
Rich took me in on time, got all paperwork done in no time, and within an hour I was out and on the road.

Great service on heating system which failed on a 2016 VW. Hard to get to failed damper moters were replaced. System works great now. Thanks again for the fast and accurate work.

Excellent STAR repair station and quick stop for a smog test and repairs. Great automotive repair shop in San Luis Obispo! I cannot say enough about the service and the staff at Villa Automotive. When I have an issue that I can't resolve on my own, I make an appt with Villa Automotive and I feel they are an exceptional automotive service facility in San Luis Obispo County!

My experience with this service center has been excellent with the communication, the updates, the honesty, and the great customer service made it very easy And comforting! My first time I came to this area my fiancé and I were on vacation in Arroyo grande and the brakes went out in our car. Villa were able to take our car in on a moments notice. Villa got the work done within that same day so we could head back home and not interrupt our vacation; the second time Was for a different car and I wasn’t sure what was going on, but they did diagnostics and everything was OK and they didn’t charge me anything except for the diagnostic testing which was perfect !!

If I could give you 10 Stars I would.. as a traveler in a new town.. towed to à repair shop I wasn't familiar with.. I want to thank you so much for your prompt attention to my needs and your persistence in following through to make sure I got back on the road okay ..
Your prices are very very reasonable and everyone there made me feel welcomed and certainly with a feeling that getting back on the road I was safe. Thank you again I highly recommend this shop. It's a much larger shop than you would imagine and the waiting area for customers is very very comfortable and I really appreciate that.
