“There are vets closer to us, but we drive 25 miles to Cuesta Park because they are the best, most compassionate care in the county! They can see us on short notice, never a wait. We were surprised and delighted to discover they charge less than our old vet!”
“Animal Care Clinic is having a lot of construction. DON'T LET THAT SCARE YOU AWAY!!
This was my first visit to ACC. Being new (and on crutches), you'd think it'd be challenging to navigate. No.
The staff and doctors moved with my wrong turns and never let me feel like i was left hanging - they have a great work-around system!
Dr.Barber tended to my pup, Bella. She's about middle age-ish and had some alarming dental stuff going on. I was given all the information on the type of dog Bella is. I felt good about the recognition for the decay that i could even see (not a vet).
They got Bella in quickly. All the directions for pre-op were clear. The whole staff is spot on in knowing what they're doing and being so very caring to me and my Bella.
Thank you, ACC. I'm impressed, and Bella has almost fully recovered already. <3”
“Helped my cat on his diet, and keeps him healthy and happy. Stocks speciality foods to accommodate his diet. Staff are the nicest people on the face of this earth.”
“I really trust the staff at Mission Animal Clinic. They are always so caring and gentle, taking the time to put my Nervous Nellie at ease. My only complaint is they are just so expensive. It is true “you get what you pay for “, but it makes it difficult to see them regularly.”
“They do a beautiful job with in-home euthanasia. They're incredibly caring and respectful, give you space, and as best they can, make you feel like they're not there. It was the best experience my dog could have had. I'm incredibly thankful for their service.”
“Dr Emily has been our vet for many years and I love her calm and confident approach. Recently worked with Dr Yordanov who recommended inpatient treatment after diagnosing our new rescue pony at home with severe sand colic. The facility is the perfect place if my ponies need higher level of treatment. Both vets are professional and encouraging allaying my fears and answering all my questions. They provide prompt care and have lots of experience.”

“Glad that they have some vets that listen to the owner because how else are you going to treat an animal or know what is going on animals can’t talk, logic. Anyways my concerns were brushed off by the techs or whatever and my dog ended up having an problem that was affecting her health and I told them all the symptoms that were spot on and the only person who seemed to moderately value my input/concern was the actual vet. Very annoyed at the techs for their annoyance with my concerns ending up right. Thankfully they don’t decide the procedures and tests needed or my dog would’ve never got diagnosed or treated. Appreciate the vet being considerate of pet owners and the actual animals they are there to help, treat, and monitor. The techs seem to need more education/training, very upset that they brushed off my concerns, do not trust their advice. Do the tests you can do, even if the techs try to tell you something is nothing to be safe because if I listened to them and decided not to do the tests because they told me my dog was “fine” looking at them, my dog would’ve become sicker. If you notice anything that concerns you go to the VET don’t listen to the assistants/techs and don’t give up until you get definitive answers and results positive or negative. There can be so much happening even if automatic visible symptoms aren’t presented. I liked the vet she knew what she was doing and was humane. Thank you.”
“It has been one year since our visit to Steener Creek animal Hospital, and we couldn’t be happier with both the care we received and the results of our dog’s ear cropping. The ears have healed beautifully, and we are extremely pleased with the outcome. The service we experienced as patients was excellent from start to finish. We truly appreciate the team’s professionalism and care.
We’ve included some updated photos to share how great everything looks now.”

“Clean and spacious facility. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Both of our dogs have been seen here multiple times now. We feel confident the veterinary is helping keep us on the best and least expensive path to our dogs health. We've had vet offices that truly seem to try to run every test they can think of when our dog comes in for a little sebaceous cyst. Not this official. They keep it specific and pointed towards what is bothering your pup. Very much appreciated.”
“It was my 1st time in there, it is a physically small store, it was well stocked & had 2 staff working. Staff was friendly, helpful & nice!! I will go back there again for sure for my expensive dog food.
A great selection, in small bags, of good dog food. Some extra stuff for Holiday sales but basically I saw plenty of cat food & item choices & the same for dogs.”
