The staff is very friendly and helpful. The shipping and delivery service are excellent. My packages always arrive on time. I am very pleased with their service.

There web sight says to call this telephone number to speak to a " "knowledgeable team member" ....totally false. You cannot speak to a person. If it isn't a simple problem that you might be able to navigate through the computer, you are out of luck. Terible customer service and dishonest advertising on there web sight.

The automated UPS service center phone system is terrible. I tried to find out about a missed delivery (requiring a signature) and the system absolutely won’t let you talk to a real person without a tracking number. But the UPS delivery person did NOT leave a tracking number on the door tag notice. A terrible system. I hoped UPS would be better than the olde USPS system, but alas, it in no better.

I get a lot of Amazon packages and I want everyone to know that these drivers are amazing. Not many service people seem to have a sense of pride in their jobs these days . . . the UPS delivery people are an exception to what seems to be the rule. THANKS!

(Package says it’s delayed) me trying to get a hold of SOMEONE all day.Me- “Hi, where’s my package.”UPS- “it’s in San Luis Obispo”Me- “ ok I need to pick it up instead of being delivered to my house in Atascadero. You’re sure it’s there?”UPS- “Yes, that’ll be $8 if you want to pick it up and they’ll call you within the hour to confirm.”Me- “uhhh ok.”(2 hours go by, no phone call, I track the slo number down.)Me- “Hi, you guys were supposed to call me and never did. Is my package there?”UPS SLO- “yeah it’s here.”Me- “ok I’ll be there soon to get it.”(I show up)ME- “Hi I’m here to pick up my package.”UPS SLO- “it’s not here….”I am never doing business with these people EVER again.

Drivers need to ship the packages to the right address and the customer service at ups store near Petra's is bad service!! Rude customer service
