MARCUS IS AMAZING! I brought in 3 extremely heavy packages and he came out to my car and carried them for me inside the store. There was some issues with my boxes and weight and he handled everything very smoothly and stress free. Amazing service. Thank you Marcus!

Marcus and Aaron do an outstanding job representing UPS store #4581! In early July, I called all over San Luis Obispo County between Cambria and San Luis Obispo trying to find someone to notarize a document immediately. Multiple UPS stores had no one available, nor could I find an independent notary out of the countless many I called that day. 10 minutes before closing, UPS Store #4581 saved the day. I was en route from Cambria, but was 15 minutes away and when I arrived, the door was locked. Aaron and Marcus were kind enough to let me in and notarized my document with excellence, professionally and courteously. Thanks and kudos to you both and to whomever hires the staff at Store #4581. A great team you have!!

FANTASTIC STAFF and terrific service at Store #4581! I had the pleasure of opening a new mail box account with Brenna, Sage, and Emily this afternoon and was blown away by their expert advice and top-of-the-line customer service. Patient, kind and understanding, their entire staff went out of their way to streamline the process. Sage helped me solve a complex color copying job that only a true expert could fix. Again, their entire staff should be commended. Thank you SO MUCH Sage, Brenna, Emily and Jesus--all of you are true experts in the realm of customer service!
