Kyah! Kyah! Kyah! Best stylist I’ve ever been to. Not only does she do an amazing job on my hair, but the service is truly unbeatable. I am a blonde, a picky one to say the least…and I’ve never had a problem once. I am now based about 6 hours away from SLO but will be making the trek up here just to get my hair done. Additionally, the staff at Twig and Arrow are very sweet and accommodating. I couldn’t recommend this salon and Kyah enough.❤️

Very good technique and customer service, however both times I’ve gotten a men’s cut with this business it’s felt like very little effort was put into listening to what exactly I wanted. When I specified length for a cut it felt less like they were listening and more like they were negotiating with me. When I provide reference photos they’re basically brushed off and it felt like a struggle to try and get to my desired length. All the pushback I got both times left me getting way less cut off than I originally desired and in general a little dissatisfied.

Amanda rocked my socks off. I decided to get one row of extensions for my wedding month (bachelorette, shower & the big day) & I am so so happy that I diddddd. The entire experience was wonderful <3
Along with Amanda, Allison & Lexi helped my bridesmaids and I get ready on the day of & it was so much fun. All my girls felt so very happy with their looks.

This salon is truly stunning! They excel in taking care of their clients. The stylists are incredibly welcoming and friendly. My favorite time there is getting my hair washed because the setup is so relaxing. Never in my life have I had such a comfortable experience on that part of going to a salon, It has always been so uncomfortable for me resting my head while I got it washed. But not at Twig and Arrow, FINALLY, someone got that part right! The owner is exceptional, running a successful business with her team. I travel 2.5 hours to receive the best service and will continue to do so.

I lovelovelove this salon! Amanda patiently listens then gives you the best color of your life. She is endlessly talented and has assembled an amazing team of stylists who have learned her skills and gift for creating the look you were always hoping for but couldn’t put into words. It is a beautiful salon filled with the nicest people who love each other & what they do. Brava!!

I had gotten tape-in extensions for my wedding out of town and needed someone to move them up and fix my roots in town. Lexi did SO much more than that. Not only was she (and her assistant, Ashley) some of the friendliest people I’ve met, I told her that my goal was to not have to dye my hair every month for my roots and she did an AMAZING job giving me a look that could allow a little more time between dyes and definitely more natural. So happy I went to Twig + Arrow and will not go anywhere else in the area.

I had a haircut with Hope today, and I had a lovely experience! She was nice, listened to what I wanted, and helped me make decisions I was unsure about! I will definitely be coming back in 6 months for another cut! The whole salon was extremely cute as well. I definitely recommend!

To say Missy saved my hair is an understatement! I went into twig and arrow with some of the worst highlights I've ever seen and missy worked some serious magic with color correction. She's took the time to meticulously highlight and lowlight every hair on my head (I have a ton of hair) and was kind and professional throughout the entire (4.5 hour) appointment. I Highly recommend seeing her or anyone on the twig and arrow team! Also shoutout to Skylar. She's an up and coming rockstar hairdresser and killed my highlights the last time I was at twig.
