“Incredible service, Calvin went above and beyond. My electric car ran out of battery down a narrow dirt road. Two tow trucks got there had to pass on the job because they couldn’t fit, but Calvin came with a third truck and finally got it out of there. He graciously took me to multiple charging sites but when it still didn’t work he drove me to the dealership and finally dropped me off at a motel. “I never thought I’d be leaving a good review about getting my car towed. Sean was amazing. After contacting Tesla, he was there in less than 15 minutes. I told him I had everything but he asked if I wanted to double check. Of course I didn’t. After he took the car, he gave me updates of where it was and what he’d done with the key. Simplest and easiest experience. Getting your car towed is super stressful and it’s calming when the folks that show up genuinely want to help.”
