Amazing experience! ? we have been here dealing with data transfers and service changes for the last two days. It took a few days because we had multiple people needing help with different schedules. With both visits, the people at this store have been helpful, knowledgeable and incredibly easy to work with. We will only go to this location because everyone is fantastic. Thank you so much for all of your help!

They promise you everything, snag you into payihg to start, then change the terms and charge you a lot to cancel. DONT use them unless you are certain of the charges!!!

Don't shop here! Now I'm not bashing T-Mobile in any way, they are a great provider, just this store, which is owned and operated by a contractor called Verge Mobile LLCI stopped into the location to upgrade my phone. The first person I spoke to confirmed to me that they had the device I was interested in in stock. He eventually handed me off to another very helpful young lady to complete the transaction. As she was at the final stage she looked up at me and stated " all of our in-store purchases required you to purchase an accessory" I politely declined citing that there is absolutely nothing I need but the phone. She rebutted "It's required or I'm unable to enter it into the system'. Once again I declined, she said the other option is to ship it to me in 3 days. I declined again and requested the phone only, and to take it now. She was obviously uncomfortable, and what appeared to be the manager "Ricky" was lurking near by, he chimed in to relieve her of the situation HE put her in by implementing this slimy sales tactic. I told him I" feel like I'm getting extorted here" ! Ricky, 20 feet away, listening to our conversation, with one elbow leaning on the counter simply shrugged his shoulders, shook his head and repeated what the lady told me "buy something or we can ship it to you in 3 days". I think you can guess how this ends ✌️minus a finger. Anyway, I just went to the T-Mobile app. The phone will be here tomorrow, it took me 5 minutes.

It is a T-Mobile store. Not very helpful if you are trying to get warranty stuff done, staff is more interested in hard selling you things

I went in for an upgrade but never got the phone because the one I wanted wasn’t in stock.. the manager nick still charged me and now I’ve been blowing up the phone so I can get a refund

Had a really bad experience w all employees including the manager. Manager (NICK) was not a great example to his employees as when I asked for help they all stared at each other. After an awkward moment NICK (MANAGER) went to the back office and returned w an energy that I could sense he just wanted me out. He tells me rudely to place my watch on the desk as well as my phone. I asked him politely to ask in a better mood or conversation. He laughed and said “ALRIGHT YOUR NO LONGER W T-MOBILE, NON OF THE EMPLOYEES WILL HELP YOU OUT AND DISSMISS YOURSELF FROM THE STORE OR I WILL CALL THE COPS!” I was shooken. Forced to deal w cops due to a MANAGER AND EMPLOYEES. Not just that but I was on the customer service phone line and my calls were being dropped because employees AND MANAGER NICK were dropping my call on purpose. Law enforcement was very respectful and understood my situation. Later time a person who records for social media asked politely what happened ASKING MANAGER NICK. Unfortunately NICK (MANAGER) started another argument to the point where cops later came to apologize to me THIS POST IS NOT TO EMBARRASS NO ONE BUT FOR ANYONE WHO WANTS TO SERVICE SOMEONE UNFAIRLY SPECIALLY IF YOUR A MANAGER AND WORK IN SALES. Very ashamed I placed a report/complaint on 3970 BROAD STREET-SUITE 5 (T-Mobile) SAN LUIS OBISPO CALIFORNIA 93401, for all employees and DEMANDING FOR MANAGER NICK TO BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY. Spent 900 on an Apple Watch ultra where instead of them helping w the line they added me a new bill/phone. PLEASE DONT COME TO THIS STORE!! DUE YOURSELF THAT FAVOR GUYS WE DESERVE GREAT SERVICE because we pay for it!! To all his employees who read this, DONT BE A NICK!! People in his position don’t last that long. Living life is about being humble and appreciating each others presence and if you can’t do that don’t work in SALES!! ONCE AGAIN IM DEMANDING AND I WILL FOLLOW UP W CORPORATE TO FIRE NICK (MANAGER)

Nick (the boy working there with the little debbie bowl cut) does not know how to handle his emotions. He should in so way be working with the public, he is a tyrant and bad for business. I would terminate him if he were working for him, he is major liability, he seems like he could be violent too. I would stay away from this place ,Unless you like children throwing a tantrum and calling the police in you.

That guy from No Country for Old Men apparently his son works here, absolutely rude and condescending!! Called the police on a paying customer for no reason. Stay away from this store!!!

Leaving this review for a family member. My mother has had a horrible customer service not only once but twice already with the same employee it seems like this young man does not make any effort of helping with hispanic customers since it’s really hard to communicate of course. I get it but as an employee you have to help out as much as you can if you want to have a good review about yourself at least, you guys seriously need to have a chat meeting with your crew. This is really disappointing.

I walked in and it was like a phone prison! Poor phones were strapped to the walls like Jack Nicholson in "one flew over the cuckoo's nest." the phones were wailing for help. Then they burst into Bruno Mars. Let the phones free! Cell phone trafficking. It exists.

Though I'm not sure anyone is excited to visit a cell phone store, other than if someone else is purchasing them a phone, this T-Mobile really is great! The same staff member that helped me sign up with T-Mobile a few years ago was still there when I went in for a simple screen protector replacement and remembered me. Super straightforward and awesome job, especially compared to the other T-Mobile store that's across town, which couldn't be more opposite in how rude and unhelpful they are.The T-Mobile in the marigold center is by far the best one in all of San Luis Obispo
