They ripped me off for $900 and tried to get a collection agency to intimidate into paying an outstanding balance that doesn't exist.I paid for the service with my SSI/SSDI DISABILITY money. When I turned them in to their corporate office nothing was done and I'm still out my disability money of $900 . I didn't even use the service I paid for cause the store mgr falsified the contract. Before I reestablished with this office I paid an outstanding $850 . One week later I paid for two years of service on a pay as u go account.T-MOBILE IN SAN LUIS OBISPO CALIFORNIA IS NO GOOD AND A PACK OF THIEVES WHO STEEL MONEY FROM ELDERLY DISABLED PEOPLE.

Antonio and Valerie are absolute crooks- lied through their teeth with promotions to sucker me into a contract. Lied about financing plans, when confronted tried gas lighting me into thinking I was mistaken. I was there for almost two hours asking pointed questions about terms and conditions and was led to what I thought was a fruitful and well priced service line. Upon asking for paper work they told me to wait three weeks for the billing to catch up; what this actually was intended to do was to get me past the point of buyers remorse policy. I have tried rectifying this civilly on a local and national level with no avail- my only recourse will be to take legal actions through BBB and beyond.

Reps pretend to be nice until they make a sale and they turn 180 after selling and installing a defective item. Avoid the store at all cost and just goto bestbuy.The 40 dollar screen protector they recommended had already lost its adhesiveness when it was put on.When asked for a replacement or refund. Store rep Aleka and manager Val made various excuses like being unable to resell the part at their store, that it's against compliance?, and that i should have bought the extended warranty on the part. Mind you the defect was immediately visible and I brought it to their attention immediately.The company either needs an overhaul on their policy or Val and Aleka retrained.

ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS. I was sold on a home internet, being told that there is a 30 day trial period, after which I can decide to return or keep. I was told that by signing up for this, I would be eligible for discounts and promotions, including on accessories. The store representative sold me three accessories, telling me the cost for them would only be around 10 dollars instead of the $105 that they cost because of these discounts. The store representative installed all the accessories onto my phone (screen protector, phone case) and discarded all the packages! This I now understand is to have prevented me from returning. I was not given a physical receipt and was told that it is protocol for receipts to go to my t-mobile online account... which I now know isn't true. Turns out I'm paying full price on all these accessories that I would NEVER have purchased at that price on an INSTALLMENT plan, without any discounts that I was told I was getting as a complete LIE. And the icing on the cake is the home internet has a 15 day free trial period, not 30... Completely SCAMMED. Sales Rep #: ****864

Don't go here. It is not a corporately run TMobile and evidently being independently run is an issue.. Seems friendly and professional, so I didn't suspect anything had been truly messed up until a month later, as I'm now getting billed for things I was not informed of in store. I was desperate to get a new phone while traveling as my pixel was not receiving calls, so I went to Best buy and bought a new s23, an unlocked device. It was in no way affiliated with T-Mobile, and I did not suggest my unlocked device was or needed to be, as all payments and insurance were separately through best buy. As of visiting back in May I got what I thought was the $60 military Go 5g plan, and while setting the account up I was told they could not port my number even though I had the pin and account details because "prepay numbers from Verizon are not eligible" or have to be done at a corporate location with better account access. T-Mobile customer service later told me this was false and all offices have the same access. The manager in store had also offered a $35 credit on my account since I came in asking about an online deal I had seen, and he said he would honor it and waive the activation fee, applying the amount to my account. I walked out glad to at least have a phone that could make calls in an emergency but I was frustrated to be unable to port over. I waited until the end of my next Verizon plan cycle to go try again and get the number moved over. As of today, I found out that this SLO CA location did not give the credit, had put me on the plus plan (more expensive) and **put a $40 insurance plan** on my not affiliated device, WITHOUT ever mentioning! It ended up costing $120 on what was supposed to be $60. My home location had no problem putting me on the correct plan and porting my number.

If you're coming by the SLo downtown store Maybe you can help me convince the owner to come out and tell me why your staff is cloning cards so far 7 days no owner. Also would like to know why hackers. Are texting me in the middle of the night telling me my daughter's in trouble And I need to send them money to help her out. Thanks putting my information on the net for hackers This message is for Mr. SURIA. Haven't forgotten about you and your employees and what happened To me in your Store and been on the phone with the corporate Fraud department.your Employees have a record of pulling this c***. It sounds like they're tired of fixing The Mess with customers On their next Billing cycle. I'm not gonna stop sitting in front of your store until you come out and resolve this matter with me and I'm not gonna stop driving around CalPolly. And passing up flyers hopefully, I'll see you tomorrow.

They will clone your sim card. Scammers, do not go there!! And the store clark with the glasses and long hair were rude and scammy, kept pushing for lines when i said no. I asked a question and she kept saying "i am not talking to you" very rude. Bad experience overall. Will def not come here again.

The Worst decision ever When it comes to cell phones Purchases. This will. be my third day Outfront of their store. Trying to warn customers if Your phone or Sims card was taken out of You'r site in the store. You'r Sims card Is compromise and cloned? I'll just say right now It was probably one of their employees Or all of them? If You like to hit me up or come downTown. and ask me Why your new phone settings Change on There own If you're having the same problems I might be able to help and tell you what to look for Hopefully it's not too late for you In my case it's already? Out. There social security number credit card and passwords Just trying to get the owner of the store to come out and explain to me why This happened in his store hopefully the message won't get intercepted. I gotta give it a try See what happens story to be continue. Well I've been at the store all day. Actually? It's been 3 days. No owner to talk to? Give it somebody out in front of my store with a big sign like the With the one on my truck I would go out and see what the problem is and if there's something I could do to improve Customer relationships Right. It's pretty obvious to me that this is a family run business that doesn't sell phones. They have other things going on in the back room because I've been here 3 days. I haven't seen 1 person walk Walk out with a T-Mobile bag I assume that would Have a new phone There's family members there 8 hours a day I'm wondering how they support themselves unless they're at mystery T-Mobile owner probably Uncle or papa T Pretty sure nobody in the family's gonna spill the means. I'm about to cloning and the information stealing going on In the back room Also when I was out front I got a text from T-Mobile opened up the attachment. My phone started getting attacked and files started getting deleted. I'm pretty sure that was Them. I was gonna go small claims but I'm pretty sure they've got a few cases pending and when it gets too hot they'll just take All their inventory out of the store change the owner's name put it in LLC cover there butts start hacking in cloning again And nobody will be the wiser So I'm just hanging out as long as it takes to make sure. Nobody goes in there and let's them walk away with their Sims card. End up like me. My whole life was on that phone personal and so on and now a whole world can get to it just pay for it on the Dark web and weight for Me too slip Up and they'll be there As far as my brand new $2000 Samsung is nothing but a brick that I can only use for phone calls.

I am with the previous reviewer Eric, at this T-Mobile they straight up lie to your face! I cannot believe that they are able to do business this way! They told me I could trade in my phone and get a new phone for free. I then got a bill for the phone, wait what!!!! I called customer care and they said that my phone didn't qualify for the trade-in so I would have to pay the difference. Are you kidding me???? give me my old phone back, or sorry we can't. When I came into address the issue, they were not only rude, they signed me up for a $15 a month service that I did not give them permission for!!!! Insult on top of injury! What is wrong with these people?? Sales is their only focus and they will straight up lie to you to get them.
