I've stayed in about 5 different budget motels in SLO and this one was my favorite. Nice convenient downtown area. Rooms were very clean and had good quality comfortable mattresses and pillows. Manager is friendly and helpful.

Great roadside hotel for an overnight stay. During the day you can hear the noise of cars passing by but at night, as car traffic decreases drastically, the noise does not interfere. Our room at Sunbeam Motel was very clean and quiet. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Jerry was really nice and accommodating. I definitely recommend! Thank you for a great stay, Jerry!
