They recently changed payment processing systems. Because I was proactive and paid with a check last year, they canceled my credit card setup with auto-pay. They just hit me with late fees equivalent of 39% of my unit rental and took no ownership of the fact that the payment only 10 days late is because I assumed they would use auto-pay as they previously had. I would caution their rates seem cheap, but they are eager to make money on you with their fees.

Clean, automated, reasonable rates, willing to accommodate me and my 34'rv, although I needed to back it in, he still allowed it, which is really rare nowadays. Kudos dude.

I love this place. All terms are clearly laid out when you sign up and if for any reason you don't pay on time they have a 10-day grace. before all hell breaks loose. A clean place and well maintained. also they tend to know their clientele and they don't tolerate people hanging out in their units nor do they tolerate people using the units as hobo FOBs.

Super rude! I tried to buy moving supplies and they didn’t have anything. Then they asked me to leave when I was on the phone trying to figure out my move!! I was the only car in the entire parking lot. Not helpful one bit.

I went today to get a storage unit and dealt with Jill (I think that was her name? She was the older woman behind the desk)Over the phone she made it seem like I could get a unit today. I show up with all of my stuff and she accosts my partner and I in the parking lot as soon as we get there.When we went to get the unit, she said that if we are in and out of the storage unit every other day she won’t do business with us and that “it’s not a day closet”She was extremely rude, with no customer service skills at all. When you pay for a storage unit, you pay for a right to use it when you want within operating hours.Save yourself the headache, and don’t give these mean people your money!Extremely rude and unprofessional!

I needed a storage unit to keep son's stuff from one apartment move out until he can move into his next apartment in a few weeks. Not much stuff but needed a temporary place. Just checked in to get a 5x5 storage unit. Jaden helping me get all signed up was terrific helping me go thru the a few pages of paperwork. He explained things very well and was very professional and customer service oriented. Got the unit - nothing fancy but just needed a hold space. For simple temp storage, I would come here a again.

Have been at this storage facility for over 20 years, but today, after getting my hands dirty from getting some items out of my storage unit I thought if the front door to the office was open (it is usually locked) I would go in to wash my hands.. walked in and the weekend stoned out red headed guy says to me.. get the fuck out, you don't belong here, I'm calling the police.. I ignored him, went in the bathroom, washed my hands, the whole time he was calling me names, and his stoned out 'boyfriend' got in on the name calling as well.. decided their too often rate increases are not worth being treated that way.. next day called the office to let them know about this employee, talked with Jill (a true harpy bitch) and they are standing by the employee, so if this is their idea of proper customer service.. no one should ever use this storage facility.. make it a ghost town.. I am moving out asap
