Stayed at Pismo Coast village. Did a walk-through with Lady owner, from RV and wash mobile business. The wash n wax was completed mediocre. The issue came after the job was done. We began asking basic questions like: what type of wax was used? should we worry about oxidation? How often should waxing be done? She was annoyed at our wanting to educate ourselves and ended up telling us to google our question and stop asking them. Then told us she wouldn’t do any work in the future. Caught off guard and confused, we went our ways and assumed she was having a bad day or something. We left our site and went to the store and when we came back, the trailer was splashed with caked up wax along one side, across the top of the trailer, and along the top of the awning. Spoke with PCV office and it was mentioned there have several complaints regarding her attitude. Bad business.Services: Full body wash

Steven is responsive, considerate, and professional. He priced it fairly and even adjusted the amount in my favor when the work ended up being less extensive than he thought at first! Our trailer is small, and we do not have driveway space nor can it be washed in the storage facility we use. Steven worked it out with us, and was able to do it curbside in front of our house. (That's not the best of circumstances, so it would be good if you worked with him on a better location that's not a few inches from neighborhood traffic! Still, that's our situation, and Steven made it work!) My trailer is just a couple years old, but was starting to dull in places, and needed wax protection. The outcome was fantastic--it just gleams! We will use Verdugo's again!

These guys are the best!!! Our 42 ft 5th wheel looked like new when they were done. Worked with our schedule. Wished we lived closer to use them more often !! Will definitely use them again when in the area.

Steven did an amazing job. Made my 5th wheel look new again after a 10,000 mile trip. It was filthy, oxidized and dull. Not anymore. Fair price, on time, and great work. Will hire this company again for annual detailing.

OMGOODNESS. The wow factor is off the charts. I had terrible oxidation and not only did Steven and his crew shine up Zippy, they took extra time with every detail. He also showed up on time! I'd rate 5,000 stars.

We would highly recommend Verdugo's for your RV detailing needs. These guys show up when they say they will, and devote a good amount of time to the job. Our trailer has never looked better and we were just very pleased with the entire experience overall. Price was reasonable as well and so we will definitely be using Verdugo's again.

Gloria provided a prompt and reasonable quote based on our departure date. The crew showed up early and got right to work. Attention to detail was impeccable. When completed, my rig looked brand new. I would recommend RV Wash and Wax to anyone.

Well what can I say but after making an appointment the day before and scheduling an appointment they call 20 mins before the appointment to say they can't do it while working 2 sites away. Not dependable and disappointing.

Gloria Sandoval owns this company(RvWas&Wax) and from the photo they are showing in there ad should tell you right from the get go,,NO NO NO, no one should be walking on your roof!!! I have been fighting a battle with my 5th wheel leaking rain water in all year! Haven't been able to find the leak until today!!!! The shop inspected it and ask if anyone had been walking on the roof lately because the rubber roof seal had been broken!!! Had this company wash & wax our 5th wheel in September 2018 in Morro Bay! Just got off the phone with her and she said" What's the big deal, I only weight 125#s! DONT USE HER COMPANY AND BE READY IF YOU DO SHRS A B**** TO DEAL WITH!!!! DONT USE THEM, save yourself a lot of money and heartache!!!!! NOT LICENSED OR BONDED......TURNING HER CHATTY MOUTH OVER TO BBB! NO PHYSICAL ADDRESS OR PO BOX FOR CORRESPONDENCE......fishy????
