Terrible online customer service. I placed an order, then they sold the last shoe and refused to do something to compensate. I shopped and looked for 2 hours. Finally found what I wanted. I asked to speak to the supervisor. He said they only could give me a 10% discount. They are a multimillion dollar company, if not more. This company use to have great customer service. It has really gone down hill in the last few years. A few years ago, they would have done a better job to help me find the shoe for me. To top it off, the supervisor then raised his voice at me, and started getting aggressive with me. Then the call dropped. Or Maybe dropped on purpose.

I bought a pair of shoes and I thought they would fit but they were just too tight, sent them back, free shipping both ways, and got a full. I will definitely buy from them again.

worst experience I’ve ever had at a running store. I felt completely unseen and the employees were unhelpful and didn’t seem to know anything about running or be interested in it. It took ages for anyone to help me and when they did they were dismissive and just dropped the box with me and walked away. I would expect a running store to help me find the best shoe and insoles for me and work with me through the process. Typically they look at your feet patterns, gait, etc. and go from there but the employees here just didn’t care. I’m glad I knew what I was looking for, but I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone and won’t be coming back.

It's been a while since I was here, and wow things have changed. They combined the retail space with Tennis Warehouse, it's now small and cramped. Selection is small in the store. You can browse their tablet in the store for more selection, I can do that at home...I come to the store to try on the shoes. For the knowledgeable employees. Please don't totally phase out your retail space in Slo.

Horrible. On my way through this town and needed another pair of trainers. Nightmare phone lines and hours from the web page, not consistant. Couldnt get anyone on the phone. I decide to stop by the next day anyway. The lady that helped me had no customer service skills at all. I told her i need a stability shoe and i want to try on several pairs and multiple brands. She brings me 2 pairs, i ask if theres more and she states, thats all they have in stock but they can order and ship. I explain to her thats not how i work and i need to try them on and not play the ship back and forth game if theres a problem. She walks away and stands at the counter. I had a few more encounters with her and another gentlemen but my instinct was that they didnt know what they were doing.Long story short i leave and go to a sports store a few miles away. Dude ran me through a gait analysis and we went from there. He was extremely knowledgable about running. Didnt rush the process and spent close to an hour with me directly. They had 6 or 7 stability shoes in multiple brands in my size. Customer service was phenominal. I ended up spending several hundred dollars there. Socks, shorts and shoes.
