As far as Ross stores go, this is one of the neatest and nicest I’ve ever been in. The cashiers greet you when you walk in with cheerful hellos and “welcome in”. I don’t know if I just caught them on a great day, but I have literally never seen a Ross with such cheerful employees!

No complaints except, this particular Ross in Gmaps leads you to the back door of the store. i know its location it’s obvious but, In case you are a foreigner, you can feel a little confused.

Awful store! I've been and there's so many times and they've told the customers that they're closing early. They're extremely rude. I called ahead one night and asked what time they closed, They told me 10 I got in there and at 9:30 they started saying they were closing in 15 minutes, then at 9:45 they said the stove was closed. This has happened on more than one occasion.

Like most Ross stores they are packed with tons of different things which makes display and shopping difficult. You have to be a shopper that enjoys searching and digging.

The line is always super long and just one person at the cashier- they don't have enough people working there, so they just have one person dealing with 50 people in line.
