As far as Ross stores go, this is one of the neatest and nicest I’ve ever been in. The cashiers greet you when you walk in with cheerful hellos and “welcome in”. I don’t know if I just caught them on a great day, but I have literally never seen a Ross with such cheerful employees!

No complaints except, this particular Ross in Gmaps leads you to the back door of the store. i know its location it’s obvious but, In case you are a foreigner, you can feel a little confused.
