Nice place to stay for the location and price. We're definitely coming back.Be aware that if you do have a large vehicle, the parking may be a little tight.Walkability: Only .5mi away from the mission and shopping area. The only downfall is its an uphill walk, both ways. If my 76-year-young dad can do it, you can too.

Perfect Motel!! Extreamly good price and had all the necessities. Was nice, quiet, clean place to stay the night while visiting SLO. Clean room, couldn't hear anyone else's conversations or tvs.**Warning**HOT WATER is SCALDING immediately. Seriously burnt my fingers.
