The person who drew my blood took it upon themselves to cancel part of my work order from my doctor. When I saw my doctor to go over my results they showed me that the blood work that she ordered was only partially done and the rest was canceled by the person who drew the blood.

We tried to walk in, as they advertise that walk ins are welcome. Went early in the morning, checked in, and sat for an hour and a half waiting. When the quest employee finally acknowledged us, she said that she was going on a break at 9, so she wouldn't be able to see us. My daughter and I certainly did not feel welcome as walk ins, so we left. I asked our physician for written lab orders and we went to Sierra Vista. Sierra Vista has a lab that welcomes walk ins and we were treated much better there.

I couldn't make my appointment online, so I took a chance and walked in. I waited for about 10 minutes while the tech finished with her patient, and she cheerfully called me in. She was very competent and extremely friendly. I had read some not-so-good comments and was very pleased with how my experience went. I received my results in a timely manner and feel very happy with the overall experience.

Got right in on my appointment time, all went smoothly with a pretty complicated set of orders from two doctors. Great skill and attitude from the phlebotomist, highly recommended.
